I recently had a house made sauce that was way too hot that it was inedible. I really appreciated the manager Scott that was so understanding and sweet. He corrected the matter. I don't think a good wing place should get a bad rep just because of one mistake. Thank you for the great service here. Definitely will come back!

This is my all time favorite spot for wings and chicken strips. I prefer them over wing daddy's and wing stop. Their chicken never disappoints. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience. There can sometimes be a wait but the food is always worth it.

Went here for the first time today and the service was phenomenal. Food was good, music was nice, and everyone was so friendly! The owner Scott took the time to introduce himself and made us feel welcomed.

The overall community of Wing it express is very good. This underated chicken place is not just known for their chicken but as well as selling burgers as well. I really recommend the Famous hot chicken strips of any count is amazing. Especially the useful and efficient purchase of the Hanks special is a crazy good deal for 2 chicken strips, ranch, a 16 ounce drink, and a good size fries for 7.57$. Highly recommend for something new to try.

First time there for lunch. Got the Hanks special which comes with 2 chicken strips and fries for $5, you can add a drink for an additional $1. The chicken strips were large and a decent amount of fries and were really good. I got carrot slices with ranch, carrots were fresh. I also got fried pickles which were salty but good. Customer service was ok and service was pretty fast. I would recommend.

i used to love the spicy hawaiian. but recently upon ordering i kept saying “can i get a 3 piece strip spicy hawaiian flavor” and the older gentleman said hawaiian. i kept emphasizing that i wanted spicy hawaiian and he just kept saying “3 piece hawaiian what else” once i got there i asked the lady to confirm my order she said “you’re getting whatever you ordered” so they gave me the wrong sauce. however i did go back thinking maybe they had a bad day. the sauces have definitely lost their flavor and even color, ever since the new owners came back. i kept giving them chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day but the flavorless and bland tasting chicken is starting to be consistent. it’s disappointing. i hope they can bring back whatever it is they used to do so the food can be flavorful again. and better customer service.

**First Timer Experience**
Been wanted to try this place for a while. It’s Sunday so wings and football sound good. Well this place didn’t disappoint. Hot fresh food, cold drinks, and a chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend the garlic parm and mild boneless wings.

I went in and made an order to go. Was told 20 minutes. After two individuals who ordered AFTER me received their meals before I got up and had to ask for mine the girls were talking the entire time and stated oh it will be out shortly.

So 40 some minutes later I received my meal.

It was only us and another couple. Our order took a while to come out, they got our order wrong, after it was corrected it was given to us cold, after all this they still hadn't given us our drinks.

I am always satisfied with my family pack w mild and lemon pepper garlic pepper flavors try it ! Extra crispy is a must. I always ask for my blue cheese and ranch awesome combination
