Was just myself, my wife, and our daughter, ordered like 4 things, waited close to 35 minutes for cold food, price was decent but for what you got I would of been better giving my money next door

Service could've been better. I called ahead of time to place an order, and the cashier told me I didn't have to call to just walk in. 5 minutes later, I arrived, ordered my food, and guess what? They didn't have any ready and had to make more. Therefore, it made me wait when I could have just been in and out. The point in calling ahead is so the food is ready when I arrive, not making one wait.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The dirty fries were missing ingredients and were made half ass. The fired jalapenos were a joke. So gross!! The wings were dry. Very dissapointed. Quality in food has gone down since they moved to Lee

Dirty fries missing basically all the main ingredients, jalapeños aren't cut correctly. The fried Jalaponions are even battered correctly. So much money wasted.

I ordered food and they did not give me my full order then when I called to make a complaint they were very rude about the situation and did not give me a reasonable resolution

Food was amazing. Still one of El Pasos best Wings. But the place looks so run down and dirty. Hope they can fix it up because there one of our best Wing places we visit. Also there cashiers are always miserable and look depressed.

I didn't get chicken wings, but I did get chicken strips, and they were delicious.. my favorite were .. lemon pepper ... they don't serve beer, but you can take your own.. Well , at least that's what the sign said... Oh I forgot to mention. I got mine to go.

The wings are solid. Not bad but not great. A variety of flavors is a plus; from plain to Buffalo, sweet, spicy and everything in between. The cashier was very professional especially considering her age. This place is neighborly with jerseys from nearby schools decorating the walls.

Parking: Limited parking in front of the store but it is part of a big shopping center with numerous parking spaces.

I have been coming here for over 6 years, & it seems in the last year this place has gotten worst every time. The food used to be amazing, but not so much anymore! & the cleanliness of the restaurant is terrible!! Not sure how they pass health inspection.
