The location at Traywood have the worst service. They dont answer the phone to take order or anything it said voice mail is full. i went to the location, the manager Misael was on the phone, he not even aproch me eventhough he new I was upset. I ask for the managers name the lady on the counter said "I cannot give it to you" so i went were the manager was seating talking on the celphone hearing music and he said his name was Misael. He is terrible as a manager, no professionalism....read full review

First Time there, very disappointed , the new location on McRae across from Eastwood High School.There was no ice, no syrup in the drink dispenser just carb. , no napkins! The cashier idk her name ,cause no name tag, and didn't give the receipt, very rude with eye rolling when brought to her attention about all of those things.
