She is always so kind and friendly, always with a smile on her face; whether I go into the store, order online, or Uber eats, she always remembers me. And leaves the sweetest notes on my recites. She has amazing customer service and phone etiquette. The other girls are so rude, awful customer service. I would leave a 1 star review just for them. But I'm giving you a 5 because of Madonna. Please never get rid of her. She is absolutely amazing and makes my Wing Kings experience amazing, I go specifically on her shift because she treats me with kindness and respect.

Gotta say the customer service at this location is excellent. Restaurant is very clean, staff is polite. I had a unfortunate experience with my order decided to return the food the next day.Thankfully Jermaine made it right,he was happy to replaced our full order and was very understanding of the situation. Thanks again Jermaine food came out delicious. The wife and I appreciate you sir !
!Fantastic wing spot close to home! Decided to try Wing Kingz over our 2 usual places, and the family is ultra happy. We ordered the shrimp, boneless wings (by mistake - I wanted to try classic), chicken sammich combo, and the mushrooms. EVERYTHING was super delicious and cooked perfectly (boneless were juicy!). We were seriously wow'ed by the size of everything making this our #1 go-to for wings and more. Staff was also really nice and professional. Atmosphere is worth mentioning - spotless eating area and 6 tvs with different programming.
I usually love going to Wing Kings on Montwood and have been a loyal customer for years. However, this time, I accidentally ordered from the Zaragoza location. When I arrived, the staff didn't say a word to me. They just handed me my food in a greasy bag and walked away to eat pizza. I also noticed four staff members eating pizza at the cash register and handling food without gloves or washing their hands. Overall, it was an awkward and unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I understand Sundays are extremely busy but the wait time was ridiculous. Ordered my food at 6:15pm left the establishment at 7:16pm. All I ordered was two 6pc wing combo and mozzarella sticks. Customers that were dining in received their food when I ordered 40min prior. Also not sure if the cooks are changing gloves received my food with wing sauce all on the outside.

I’ve been waiting over a hour and all I got was a wrap I walked up to the counter and asked how much longer and they told me they didn’t start on my order yet and it was gonna be 5 more minutes and I waited even more until 20 more minutes I finally got it and people who came after me got their food in like 5 minutes it was ridiculous.

Went on a Monday and I had a coupon for buy 10 wings and get 10 for free… I showed the cashier my coupon and was still charged regular price. Tried calling the following day to ask about the overcharge. was told that a manager would call back to fix the problem. Never received any response. Tried calling for the next four days with excuses saying the manager was out , in the restroom, called in sick. The cashier named Iris was extremely rude on the phone as well. Finally a manager called and said to meet him the following Monday at a certain time and he would make sure he would be there to fix the situation…. Guess what?! He never showed…. had to explain to assistant manager what had happened. he seemed upset that I was there for a refund. The food is good but they really need to work harder on their customer service.So we wont be going back for their horrible customer service.

These wings are the best! Hands down! Love em!! Buffalo shrimp r amazing. Easily the biggest n one of best out here! Would be a 5 star review but had an issue on one of my visits. Girl overcharged me. Stated she couldn’t adjust it so she’d cancel it and it would go back into my account. I told her if it was too much of an issue just refund in a gift card. She then stated she cancelled it. I then paid for my correct meal. Paid about $90 in wings that night for a family of 4 (including the overcharge) I reached back a few days later, as nothing cleared back into my account. (Gave sufficient time) Manager stated the girl said she told me she was just going to credit me. But yet never took my name down or anything. Even though she told me she credited back into my account. Anyway, as time concludes, manager advised me they left me a gift card at the store w my name on it. They owed me about $56 n some change. Gave me almost an extra $4 for the inconvenience. I’m not one for handouts, but at least correct the inconvenience that shows the customer is appreciated. Even a “combo on us” would’ve been nice. ?

I bought the Nashville Chicken sandwich combo and breaded mushrooms. The mushrooms were covered in a delicious seasoned breading and very tasty! And the jalapeño ranch they came with was pretty good too.
Now let's talk about The Nashville Chicken sandwich I had. It was delicious. And HUUGE! I'm still kinda full from it! The breading and the hot chicken seasoning really made the difference. The breading had a good crispness to it. And it had nice mild heat that warmed my mouth even after I was finished. My only issue was that some parts of the chicken were a little too crispy, almost to the point of being jerky. But that didn't stop me from eating it (better than being undercooked)! Overall, a very tasty sandwich and well worth it!
Let's not forget the fries now either. They were seasoned with a good, tangy seasoning and really tasty with the ranch dressing they gave me.
The store itself was clean and brightly lit. The staff was friendly. And I didn't have to wait too long. All in all, this was a good experience and I'll be coming back again soon.

This place was absolutely amazing with delicious food!!! The portions are huge with juicy & tender wings. I didn’t get a picture of the loaded fries and I wish I could’ve capture the size of the salad I saw brought to another table. The service was wonderful with Ms.Iris, while she help with our order as this was our first time here and the overall environment was clean!!! If you are wanting to try something new, I highly recommend this location on North Zaragoza!!!
