This was my first time ever ordering food online. I called the Wingstop on McCombs Street in El Paso because I’m not very computer savvy and don’t like doing things online. I spoke with a couple of employees first, and honestly, they didn’t sound interested in helping at all.
I called back and spoke with Lydia, and she was completely different. Lydia actually got on her own phone and patiently walked me through the entire online ordering process step by step from my cell phone. Because of her, I was able to place my order without any issues.
Lydia did an excellent job and truly went the extra mile. She deserves recognition from her manager. Management should also take a look at the customer service from some of the other employees, because not everyone is willing to help the way Lydia did.

What’s the point of ordering food for a specific time if it’s not going to be ready. This wing stop has to be the worse, never have the food out on time and wait times are horrible. Their customer service is shit too…employees are rude.

I don’t think they could get an order right if their life depended on it. Anytime me or my friends go they always get the order wrong, from the wrong sauce, to the wrong type of wings to even a completely messed up order and missing items. Every time something is messed up. From what I’ve read and heard I’m clearly not the only one with the same issues. For a place people spend 30-50 dollars the staff should be able to get the orders right.

Very poor service. They cut the phones off . I sat and called inside wing stop and the phone never ranged at all. They left out half my order and one of the staff yeld out she's lying. I spent 79.01 dollars why in the hell i have to lie. The staff today is horrible 😞 They clearly didn't want to be busy on this Thursday night football. I will never come back to this wing stop, this is the second time they got me, never again 😒

Tonight I ordered for pickup. I’ve never experienced much of an issue before, as my food has always been hot and came out perfect. But tonight, I opened the bag to the ranch spilt everywhere inside the bag and the food cold. Pretty disappointed.

Took way too long for delivery by the time I got my food it was cold. Fries were soggy, looked liked fries in old grease made from earlier in the day. Absolutely horrendous taste of food. Do not order from here they should close down this facility.

Workers just in there playing around. They don't make food consistently good. The place often looks dirty. If there isn't a GM there, this place falls apart. This is how they served hot lemon pepper tenders.
