If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to wait over an hour for an 8 piece meal with only one customer in front of me. Customer service sucks and the place is dirty, floors are all sticky. This is the worst location and my food was cold too by the time I got it.

Only reason I’m doing one is because you cannot put no stars. The service is terrible. Always tell you there’s a 20-30 minute wait. Then they get your order wrong. And then they say it’s to go orders only if you come in an hour before closing time. Because they want to leave as soon as they’re closed. That is ridiculous. The workers have terrible attitudes.

Lazy employees!!! Still had an hour to eat and told us we had to wait 30 minutes, then after we wait we would need to leave. They don’t care about the franchise loosing $$ because they want to leave at exactly 10. Food is ok, but the employees in El Paso Suxk!!!!!!

One hour thirty minute wait to dine in.... meanwhile there was just one other couple dining in. Employee said this was the eta because they had a lot of online orders. I just don't understand why they haven't come up with a system to separate online vs dine in orders. We literally took the time to show up in person, get in line and patiently wait to be assisted. We just wanted to have a decent dinner to celebrate our friend/husband coming home from deployment. What's the point of having all those tables if you can't acomódate a decent wait time for dine in customers.

I go in and it took them a while to take me orders this lady comes and right away she interrupts me say name and I said excuse me then proceeded to say NAME YOUR NAME and this is when I stop being kind and smiling because the whole time she was rude and idk if it’s cause I’m younger cause others come in and was being very polite the whole time I was waiting for my order she give me ugly looks and ik she’s a manager cause she has the different outfit the she tells me in the middle of me ordering there’s a 45 minute wait I tell her that’s fine but she doesn’t tell others there’s a 45 minute wait I see others get there food before me even when they ordered after me I really don’t know what I did to her but I wanted to address this manager cause that was so unprofessional of her don’t work if you don’t like your job

So first off I couldn’t get through with the person answering the phone they would put me on hold and wouldn’t answer second I walked in and a the lady working with crooked eyes and SpongeBob teeth and lisp gave me a order with a fully grown chick smothered in hot honey and to top it off my other order was wrong I asked for Korean I got Cajun and no fries even when I had ordered them ! Do not go this place sucks big booty !
I feel sorry on whoever owns this location, 5 kids working at a slow pace, on the phone and laughing. 3 tables and 45 waiting time, I saw a couple of walk ins leaving because didn't want to wait.

Food is always good in this location, it might take a little longer but as long as the food is good and fresh I don't mind waiting. Compared to the Wingstop on Dyer absolute bad experience there. But This location they're faster, fresh wings, good customer service. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

I live close by this location and in the past year they have gotten my order wrong at least 6 times that I can count. Everytime I walk into the store to pick up my food the restaurant will be packed with customers and their tables are empty die to them waiting for their food. I place my oder online overtime to help prevent any issues and I still end up waiting an Xtra 30 min to another hour after my pick up time
