Ordered online and when I got there the girl in the front said it wasn’t ready waited about and hour and when I asked for my food it had been there the whole time when i first came in can’t believe this service

The food was hot and fresh as well as prepared how I requested. The employee taking the order was helpful and attentive. The only con of this place like some many of Wing Stops are they are too small meaning customers are on top of each other in the dining areas.

This place is a dump, raw chicken nuggets ,burnt fries, my family all have diarrhea from this food, long weight for takeout, too damn expensive trash. Be advised folks, I will not retun...Think hard before you go to this dump...

I am pleased to share a positive experience we had at the Wingstop location in Eastlake. There was some initial miscommunication with another Wingstop location regarding an order we wanted to place. Please note that the order was for the Socorro High School Volleyball Team. Fortunately, I contacted the Wingstop Eastlake location, and they were fantastic —quick to help and totally on our side, offering a solution that accommodated our needs without restrictions on the order size. Julia and her team provided excellent customer service, and they made sure we got what our team needed. Thanks Wingstop at Eastlake you’re amazing!

Tables are always sticky… food takes 45-55 minutes and it’s the same thing here all the time. Place can have 2 tables and you’ll still wait almost an hour for your food. As I sit next to 3 dirty tables the girls are pasted to their phone while the guys rush to prepare our food. Food is either over seasoned or under…

This Wingstop sucks although I love Wingstop. We have ordered quite a bit of times from this location being that we live in Socorro we Uber eat our food most of the time every single time we have ordered from this Wingstop our order is wrong. The last time this happened I called the location and the phone was just ringing ring no answer.. I don’t know what is going on at this location but for the order to be wrong or missing items every single time is ridiculous. I’m over it.!
