Ordered a 50 piece with 4 large fries to be delivered. Paid over $100 and waited one hour. We only got wings and didn’t get the 4 large fries.. I don’t recommend you order delivery…

I went to Wingstop 2 days ago with my daughter and we had a good time overall. The cashier lady, Amani, in the front gave us a free fry as well as ranch for doing the survey and also gave my daughter a free brownie which was very thoughtful
The food was good but we waited about 10 more minutes than our expected time but the food was good so it was okay.
I’ve been to this location in the past and have had the same experience with the cashier and she is always very kind as well as the cooks always prepare my food to how I like it.

During my recent visit to your restaurant, I placed an order to dine in and informed the cashier, Amani. However, I was mistakenly given a take-out order instead. While waiting for the issue to be resolved, I encountered several other concerns that made the experience quite unpleasant.
The indoor temperature was uncomfortably cold—comparable to being inside a freezer—which made waiting even more difficult. Additionally, as I looked for a place to sit and eat, I found that all available tables were dirty, covered with crumbs, stains, and used napkins. Some of the chairs were also visibly unclean.
I approached Amani and mentioned the condition of the dining area. He asked where I would like to sit, to which I responded that it didn’t matter, as all the tables were equally unclean. Although he apologized, no further action was taken to address the issue, and the tables were left as they were.
Ultimately, I chose to leave with my food and eat at home instead, as the environment was not suitable for dining in.
If this is how you have your dining area, how do you have your prep food area and or restrooms?

The food is ok but the service is terrible. Every single time that I order something is missing and when I go to the counter to claim no matter who is the person there they look at me as if I owe them something. I avoid this location because nothing is more annoying than getting home after my purchase and having to come back because something is missing.

Quality of food here is much less than other wingstops.
Tonight, I placed a call in order for pick up the girl did mention there was a 20 to 25 minute wait I ordered the 20 wings for $20 half all flat lemon pepper with Cajun season on top dry rub and the other 10 Mexican street I received my order said thank you with no thank you in return I then got to my destination and to see my order was not correct so I called to speak to the manager to let them know of the inconvenience of my PAID order and the employee that answered asked why I wanted to speak to the manager I said it was regarding my order then the manager Nancy takes my call I explain to her my issue she then with no warning or no permission she put the employee that made my order on the phone to argue with me back and fourth I did ask her to pass the phone back to Nancy the manger as I felt it was very unprofessional to put the employee on the phone to speak to me when I asked to speak to the manager she then then passed Nancy back the phone I asked Nancy why she would do that and her response was “because she said she made the order” she then said all I can say is to being the order back and that’s all I can do.
I asked for her GM name and number she mentioned that there is no GM at the moment I could call back in the morning. I just want to write this review to say this was handled very unprofessional and I feel maybe Nancy should have a refresher of a manager course for she handled this situation extremely horribly.

While picking up a doordash order for a customer they had told me the oder wasn't ready. After waiting 30min I ask again about the order. The girl in the front hands me an order that has been sitting there on the shelf for over 30mintues.

I want to give a amazing review to Jesse!!.He was super attentive, patience and full of good vibes the whole time. I’m not sure what his exact role is because I saw him doing a little bit of everything, helping wherever it was needed – that’s what I call true teamwork. He definitely made my visit feel welcoming and enjoyable.

Wings were well cooked! For some reason the Louisiana rub had less flavor than usual. Lemon pepper was excellent as always.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Wingstop location. I was on hold for 8 minutes before someone finally answered. Once they did, the person on the phone kept saying they couldn’t find my order, and I had to repeat the address were I placed my order three different times. When I asked to speak with a manager, she wasn’t very helpful and didn’t do much to resolve the issue. After all that, I ended up canceling my order out of frustration. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

I’ve tried other wing stop locations and this one is the best. The wings are always so good and not sooo greasy like at other locations. The staff is always so nice and ready to help. I love it here!
Overall staff is rude, no manners, ambience is hostile... maybe the franchise can take look into this, go undercover to check this
