Fries were not well done like I asked for nor were they warm/hot. The wings tasted okay, but both my wife and I started feeling nauseous after eating them. This is probably the 2nd or third time ordering from here.

I ate here and there was a hair in my chicken wing ?, i will never go back ?. I stopped eating my food cause its super gross! I woke up in the morning feeling sick from my stomach. I don't know if I got sick from the chicken but its really gross finding a small curled hair in your chicken. #healthdepartment

Someone is dropping the ball here… The chicken is way beyond frozen and it has no flavor. You could very well dip a piece of rubber in the sauces and pass it on as chicken wings. So disappointing. ?

The service is always extremely slow , at times it takes up to 40 mins to get your order. Further , the staff is no friendly and they seemed bother when you ask for a change or an addition. I’ve have given it a few chances because we all have bad days, but it’s always similar to the same story. Lastly , the music is extremely loud where you struggle to hear when they call your order.

Husband went to pick up big order that I had made online and so he went but they had told him that they were not ready yet so he waited and waited inside the restaurant until he went up to ask again about the order .They never called him to tell him that the order is ready. they had the order there on the counter,who knows how long the order was there.My husband must of been waiting there 30 minutes or alittle more . I can't believe they forgot about him.By the time my husband got the food it was already cold.?

Made the order online for a total of 40 wings and received a boneless deal they were having. Called the place and was told that it was the driver's fault for not giving us a missing second bag of food. The point that they couldn't understand was that it wasn't our order whether the bag was missing or not. We never ordered boneless. They couldn't get it right through the phone so we went in person so they can SEE what the order was. The receipt was correct, the order was not. The total of the order was $102, we weren't gonna leave it. We had to wait 45 to get the wrong order delivered and waited an additional 45 minutes in the restaurant to get it done. Never again!!! Really good wings but can never get it right. So upsetting.
