Let's see cashier was rude, crew was busy talking and letting food get cold, packaged my food cold, then the manager told me I could have a remake and my name would be in the book to get a remake on my order and I called right now only to be told my name was in the book to begin with WORST WINGSTOP EVER I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I THINK ANYONE ELSE SHOULD FOR THAT MATTER

Very disappointing visit today to say the least. After waiting for about five min for someone to meet me at the registers even though multiple employees saw me waiting there. I come to find out my online order was not ready even though it said 4:30. I didn’t leave with my order until 5 PM waiting and waiting as I could clearly see multiple employees back in the kitchen laughing two even pre tend boxing while customers are just waiting . Food was slapped together real fast after I got up and complained. Fries were soggy and wings over seasoned. Last time I ever go to this location.

Horrible. $218 order and everything was wrong. Store wouldn't even answer the phone. Ordered several different types of wings, received only bone in plane wings. Atrocious. Would rather starve than give this establishment my money again.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Was told my order would be ready within 43-48 minutes. Almost an hour passed and didn’t receive any response if it was ready. Called several times and when answered was placed on hold for so long that my husband had to call and they answered his call and didn’t place him on hold. All the while STILL being on hold from my phone. Was told our order was ready. Fries were cold and soggy. 20 wings were literally shoved in one to go box. The sauces were all seeping out and mixing together. It was so sloppy. Wing sauce was even cold so our order was probably sitting there for a while. Will not return. Don’t reccomend.

Made an order through the app and the manager called me right away and told me to contact DoorDash and that he couldn’t do anything. Called DoorDash and they ended up having to contact the store regardless. Contacted my bank to dispute this thievery.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at Wingstop, all thanks to the cashier named ALEX. He was rude, condescending, and acted like he was above everyone in the room. He made it clear he thought he was something special — as if working the counter at Wingstop put him on some sort of pedestal. I have nothing against people who work in fast food, but when you treat customers with disrespect and an attitude, it just shows how unprofessional and insecure you really are. This guy needs to learn that good service goes a long way in any job. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until this loser, loses his job.
