Yesterday around 9:30 pm, we tried to have dinner here and the service was terrible. We were told we could only sit at certain tables because they didn’t want to clean the others, even though the place was almost empty.
On top of that, the bathrooms were closed, which was especially problematic because an elderly person in our group urgently needed to use them. We were also told there would be a 45-minute wait, which made no sense since the restaurant was empty and there were no delivery drivers waiting for orders.
Very disappointing experience. We will not be coming back.

Never has something like this happened in the times I have gone to this location or anywhere else. Order was placed online for pick up at 6:30pm and was marked to be ready at 7:11pm, I kept in mind there would be some wait so we got there at 7:20pm just to be told the order was gonna be right out. We wait for about 30 minutes watching 3 other people come in and be told their order was picked up and or given away by accident to which the staff made their order right away to fix it. After 40 minutes and seeing so many orders get put out and picked up I decided to ask again about my order (it was around 8:00pm at that point) only for the cashier to look into it and letting the manager know that my order was skipped. They then got working on it “right away”. The manager or the guy helping around let us know that there was a mistake, someone had picked it up or given it away or something, he wasn’t very clear about it but reassured he would throw some free stuff in there for us to make up for the wait and even offered free drinks. It wasn’t until 8:20pm or so that i got my order only to check the bag and see there was no extra stuff my main issue is don’t say you will do one thing and not back it up, i did end up asking the cashier about what i was told only to be given 2 brownies by one of the staff members who got upset at me acting like it wasn’t their fault already. Not only did we wait an hour to get our food, when we got to finally eating the wings they where chewy and when we where in there no staff bothered to ask about our order, not even the first cashier who had attended me the first time who could have realized our order was still not ready. I don’t think we will be returning to this location ever.

So much for national chicken sandwich day. You dont honor your freebies & when its brought to your attention you check with your manager & they say they dont know. Great managerial skills & follow through.

Never coming again, El Cometa right next door is significantly faster than this place is. Average wait time here is 15-20+ minutes I have no idea why but it just is

Took my family for dinner , had a special visitor with us and food was amazing . Staff also great service !! We’ve been to all the wing stops and by far the cleanest and best !

I put an order for 10 regular wings and 10 boneless wings, a meal for 2 special. The fries were cold, the wings were cold. Real bad service.

I went on a sunday afternoon 9-28-2025. The service was friendly and fast and the food was excellent. Really appreciate the staff here that day. Pay them more!

Bruh, every time I order here from Uber eats, I am always missing items. Lied to my Uber driver that a drink never came with my order, but the receipt on my bag says my drinks name on it lmao🙃. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

What’s the point of making a delivery driver sign in if y’all are still gonna make one confirm and swipe it on the app that ordered been picked up. The swiping is after one confirms it and is in car ready to go. All y’all do is waste time. I have no problem showing I confirm it, but still forcing me to sign your stupid paper!? Bruh

Worst customer service out of all the Wingstops. Especially the short haired girl that has an attitude. Will never be back to this one because of her lack of customer service and an attitude that will keep her where she is. And she always gets things incorrect
