Wait time was too long. Fries were cold and sad. Lemon pepper boneless wings were crazy salty! Tables were dirty too. And no toilet paper in the women's bathroom.

I ordered wings and got 3 wings and the rest were drumetts. I ordered them 3 days ahead of Super Bowl. My Family and I were very disappointed if I wanted drumetts I would of bought them. The name of your business is Wing Stop. Stop with the drumetts please.

Omg! Is anyone running this place? What a mess! Walked in to total chaos!!! I ordered online and was told that my order would be ready between 16-21 minutes! Got there at 6:08 fast forward an hour and still no food! People ordered at the counter and got their food before I did!!! Not cool man! To make things even worse, the staff didn’t even care, nor did they apologize! Be better!!

I went in at 10:25 p.m. and only ordered voodoo fries. When I realized it was closing time I still hadn’t gotten them and asked them where my fries were. They never even started on them, probably threw out my ticket. Then made them wrong the first time and forgot my ranch. Very frustrating.

Great customer service, I was told my dine-in order would take about 40-45 minutes to be ready, I was ok with the wait time considering it was really busy (rush hour), they had a long wait times not only for dine-in but online orders as well so I was ok with the wait time. Exactly 43 minutes later I got my order, it was hot and fresh, I noticed people come and go and I noticed how many people got upset because of long wait times and I have to mention that I personally appreciate the employees going above and beyond to fulfill orders that fast, many times during the holidays we're tired and we expect to have things done fast but we must be considerate of others, I saw this store crew (employees) work on a fast paced environment. Once things calmed down I noticed the employees cleaning windows, restrooms, dining tables, sweeping and making sure the drink station was working properly and teas were refilled, I was so surprised on how well organized they were. We have to be more appreciative, I understand we are rushing and sometimes we expect to have our orders ready in 30-40 minutes and unfortunately it takes longer than that, but this crew works hard, The time I sat there with my family to enjoy our meal, I was so impressed with the costumer service we received, the time it took to fulfill my order and the way all this employees worked to try and fulfill everyone's orders as fast as they could even when people complained they stayed calmed and professional trying to get orders out as fast as they could so thank you to Mr. Tommy (I believe that was his mane, the manager) for going around the dinning making sure everything was good with costumers! First time at Wingstop and at this location, on Sunday 12/22/24 I would definitely go back without a doubt!

Waited 20+ minutes until the manager/employee Samuel realized he forgot to fulfill my order. Tried making it seem like they’d done no wrong until I showed him my receipt. Promised my food out in 3 min and I got rushed 3 min raw wings and fries. Diners stick to another location or at least til someone else is up front working
