This wingstop is usually on point! All the time never no issues. However new management as I’m aware they are under usually strains the work environment. Please check your items before leaving as new manager Briana is unwilling to help/accept blame and is creating a culture of they do no wrong. Liz however is a standout employee and is striving to do their best, please applaud Liz!

I got there before they closed and there was time for them to serve my food and they locked the doors as soon as we stopped by and they didn’t want to answer me and open the doors I called and some other girl in the back told the other girl not to answer the phone and they just kept ignoring me that’s bad customer service can’t close the doors till it hits the time and then that’s when they can lock the door

A month ago after my kids soccer games they took over and hour and the wings ended up being undercooked, yesterday we gave it another try and they said it's an hour wait for the food and there was literally nobody inside. Lady said it's because of online orders so what's the point of having dine in?.... Never going to this wing stop again

Ordered 50 wings. GAVE ME ALL DRUMS. Nearly no seasoning on any of the wings or my fries. Swerve this trash and go to B-Dubs or the wing daddy’s across the street.

Karina put me on hold for a whole 30 min after 5 mins it seemed weird no one was getting back to me when she finally got back on the line she said she hadn't realized I was on hold I obviously took my business elsewhere but stayed on the line just to see how long it would take them.

It’s been twice already that I show up to place an order and the first thing out the cashiers mouth is there is a “35-40 minute wait” it seems like that’s their strategy to turn customers around.

I wish there were 0 stars, after $50 for 24 piece, they forgot my side sauce that I paid for then I get to our family home, 20vminutes away and they forgot to pack my large corn. I called them and the manager and staff were so UNPROFESSIONAL absolutely look at what they pack ? percent because they are incompetent

Came in to collect a mobile order, when i got there all the employees went to the back even after they saw me and didn’t attend me, took them at least 10min before anyone said anything, just thought that was pretty rude
