I been there couple times in the last 7 years and this last time is probably the last, they seem to love bad employees whoever hires needs to get fired employees are rude and since first time i went to now they seem to just hire druggies, run them drug test and hire better ppl food took over 1hr and it was just me and 2 ppl infront of me

One of the best locations in El Paso, the cashiers are great, and super friendly, (which we need more of again, in the industry) just great vibes all throughout my experience from ordering on the phone, to walking out, with freshly made wings. My daughter loves it! Thank you management, keep up the awesome work.Parking: It's a shopping center, so plenty of parking there.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as required.

My son really loves Wingstop. Food is good but...honestly, the place was dirty. Lots of tables that were ignored and no one bussed them. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food. It's the lack of cleanliness, trash on the floor that made us decide not to go back. I hope the manager does something about it.

This review is honest and warning others before making the same mistake I did. Made a online order. (basic 2 combo order each simple 8 piece wings and fries blah blah) automated AI message said it would take around 30 to 40 minutes give or take. At around the time I needed to be there, after standing at the front desk, un-greeted and seen for 10 minutes, not to mention 3 other customers with the same issue, I asked for my order and they said it was coming out and being "Bagged". an hour later my order is ready... Get home and my order is wrong on both combos and one of the wings still had feathers on it... Great job staff of wingstop to once again remind me of never to go there again. avoid at all costs its being ran by a bunch of low level employees.

The last 2 times we’ve ordered pickup it takes an hour or more, the first time we got home and my gfs chicken was raw and had to drive back to get a recook. This last time we waited an hour and didn’t check the bag until we got home and was missing a whole order of chicken tenders and had to go back to the store. Just pay a little more and get wing daddy’s and avoid the hassle

It’s always the same thing on this Wingstop I order for carry out and the time to pick up is 30 to 40 minutes so I wait and once I get to the restaurant I waste another 30 to 40 minutes. This is always the same thing. I think it’s the crewmembers because they’re always other phones and not paying attention to taking out orders. It’s always the same damn thing.

i ordered online and they said the food would be ready at a certain time, and i still showed up like 15 minutes late due to the traffic and they still had me waiting almost 40 minutes for my order, and every time i went up to the front to ask about my order they just kept adding more and more time. it seems like there’s been a lack of management at this place and it blows my mind how they’re still even open with all these bad reviews. will most definitely not be going there anytime soon unless they do something about the management there. even the workers don’t even look motivated to be there they were just chilling in the back talking the whole time while there was a huge rush in there. very disappointed.
