Ordered using the app. Food was prepared correctly but my order was not ready at the scheduled pickup time. Even when I arrived early to check-in, no effort was made to expedite the process, while I sat and watched three door dash orders go uncollected on the waiting shelf.

We went on a quest to order three times in a row to see how many times they would get our order wrong (since this last time was a complete disaster). And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Something was missing. Or the order was wrong. This location always does this. Always. I don’t understand. They are inline orders with specific instructions on flavors and items. Ridiculous

I placed an order on 9/6/25 around 1030am for a 3pm pick up. I arrived at 3pm and my order was not ready until about 320pm. When I got home I realized I was missing food. This is unacceptable especially when the order was for $158 and was for a party.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS experience at the Wingstop on Dyer.
I showed up around 9:30 PM and the place was total chaos. A bunch of confused people standing around, no clear line, no direction — and the cashier? Completely silent. No effort to organize or even acknowledge customers. I waited nearly 20 minutes just trying to figure out what the hell was going on.

Finally, an employee started taking names for pickup orders, which helped a little — but when it was finally my turn, the guy at the register (bearded, rude, and careless) tells me, “We’re not taking walk-ins.”
Excuse me?! It’s a RESTAURANT — people go there to EAT. You don’t just shut down dine-in and expect everyone to magically know. No signs, no announcements, no customer service. Just a flat-out refusal to serve someone who stood there waiting patiently.

This was absolutely unacceptable and I’m beyond pissed off. If you don't want people walking in to order, then LOCK THE DOORS or put up a sign. Do better, Dyer Wingstop. I want an explanation.

I phone order my meal & went into the store 20 mins after my order. when I arrived i waited an additional 25 minutes for my food which came to me cold because the cashier had left it sitting there without notifying me. He was not very attentive to his customers & didn’t seem to care people were waiting 45+ minutes for their meal.
