i had placed a doordash order and i waited over an hour because they made my dasher wait there. i called wingstop to ask why my order was taking over an hour, they told me their cook knocked over my food and had to re-cook it.

Delicious chicken wings
Sometimes you might have to wait 2 minutes extra when they are super busy.
Like on Superbowl Sunday but we'll worth those minutes.

Placed an order at 7:01, food was not ready until 8:20. Waited over AN HOUR AND A HALF. The food was absolutely FROZEN, and I could taste no effort put into the food. Not only that, the kitchen cooks had no communication, were not working together, no rhythm or synchronization, and one of them was running all over the place trying to get things in order, and PREPPING WINGS too. If anything, you should be prepared the moment you open or prior before opening having the wings and boneless ready to go. The fries were dry and stuck together. Not only that, my partner and I ordered a 20 piece boneless with fried corn and lemon pepper fries, and they were all either cold or somewhat slightly warm. Not only that, the boneless wings were all just tossed in the sauces to make them look "good," but they are not, and they did not look like they were properly cooked in the fryers. Either the kitchen manager, manager, general manager, or supervisor need to get either talked to, trained better, or fired immediately and replaced. Not only that it also looks like the workers NEED better training because having more than three to four people tossing wings should NOT be taking an hour and a half to send out orders, and I can confidently say this because I have worked as a Line Cook at The Shack. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY we are going back again, and not only that, there were other people waiting for their food, and one of them waited for 2 HOURS, which is really ridiculous.

Placed online order at 4 pm. When I received email stating it would be ready in 16-21 minutes...I figured I would not show till 30 minutes after. STILL NOT READY! Dude at front register is trying to keep the mood light but acting like a child throwing a tantrum. One woman working on orders and two guys standing around looking busy. The guy at register stated they sent people home because it was slow. REALLY?!?!, you send people home right before dinner time?!!? Such bad management. I told myself to not come here again. This time it will stick. All I can hope is the wings are decent. Been rewriting this review while I wait, it is now 5 pm. I will never com back to Wingstop.

The worst service ever . They tell you a time never that time . I had to wait almost an hour when they had said 25 mins. The management needs to fix this problem. It wasn't even busy on this day ! Terrible customer service.
