The cook in the morning knows how to make the wings exactly how I like them extra crispy and drenched in atomic sauce 😋. I've been to other wingstops but this one is my favorite.😊

I came at 3:17pm to order my food i got a 2 10 piece no combo one traditional and one boneless, and a chicken sandwich no combo. Took over 40 minutes to be done. They had a lot of customers and attended them fast and give them their food pretty timely. And i was there before them. Order your food ahead time or don't come here go to another wingstop.

Ordered on the app with Tmobile Perk, and it was on time and cooked to perfection! It's very tasty and crispy. I love that the breading is not overpowering and that the chicken is meaty! Good job!

Terrible customer service on 4/19 around 7. Two tables inside, it looked like mostly takeout orders that were being worked on. That cashier should not be in the front taking care or greeting anyone, needs retraining with the system and on answering the phone. I understand if you're busy, but no acknowledgement, taking care of another guest, and rolling you're eyes at us? Cmon friend. Food was good though.

Very disappointed with this location at north loop and Zaragoza NEVER GETS MY ORDER RIGHT I order online for delivery and is always missing something I really love the wings but the service TERRIBLE.
Chris delivered an excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in my friend Emily and I, we were greeted and assisted in a timely manner, and most important, nicely! We left happy with our "to-go order"

My wings where super dry like no sauce 😕 my fries where all saggy... I spent 50 dlls on them and for my wings to be dry it's just not right hope manager reads this and in contact cause for things like this may be loosing customers... like we had to eat them cause it's a waste of money if we didn't
