Just came to pick up an order that I made online and the order was supposed to be picked up at 8:39pm and it wasn't ready according to the midget that checked the orders that were ready. So I waited there on the side and she said my order was next to come out so I patiently waited and these 2 other people that were to dine in got there food first than me. One of the employees saw me just waiting there for a while and asked for my name and he checked the trays of orders ready and guess what...my bag was there this whole time. So i got my food at 9:25pm.. never again im i ordering anything from this location. Im so frustrated you made me waste my time. Not even an apology or anything. And to top it off the food was cold not even warm or anything.
Awesome service to everyone who worked tonight! It was packed & I saw how the staff was pulling orders left & right & answering phones & assisting customers all at once! Thank you for such a great dining experience

My fave is the fries so any way I put an online order made sure sure to put that I wanted at a later time cause I timed myself I wanted it done by 830 I arrived at store at 832 I asked if it was just made he said yes about 5 minutes ago I was like ok perfect … my damn fries were trash ?. Not cool man not cool … please honor the time we want our order to be ready for freshness !!!!
