Sometimes wing stop can be a hit or miss but today, the staff that was working was so overly kind and professional. They even brought the food to our table.
The food was cooked to perfection.

Every customer that walked in was greeted with a smile. Employees made conversation with the people who were waiting for their food. Plus the food was great.

Briana the worker is a great help she was quick to greet and handles the work fantastic I had a great experience and will eat here again .there was a crazy lady arguing over nothing and I thought it was weird but either way its a great store to always go to

Ordered a 30 pack with Cajun corn and large carrots, ordered online, system said my order would be ready in 16 to 21 min, I arrive at location to pick up my order and of course it was not ready. Girl at cash register tells me its getting ready and will be out in a few minutes. 40 min later finally get our order, was missing the extra ranch dipping sauce, was also missing the large carrots, but the worst of all is that the wings were under cooked and still had red inside. They were under seasoned and we got sick from them. Tried to call back and could not reach manager. Will never eat at this or any Wingstop again.

I came in on a day where there was a promotion and waited in line 1 1/2 hours, I asked other customers what time they placed their orders and it was a few minutes before me, time passed and I waited and waited.. eventually I asked the cashier if she could help look for my order. She looked in the back, came back to the front to check what orders were already prepared, she didn't find it. She then skips over me and asked the next customer what their name was. At this point, I asked for my order to be cancelled. It was very busy, and staff seemed very overwhelmed. Shame on management for not helping them prepare better. I was told I'd get my refund within 7-10 days and have been waiting 10 days. I do not recommend this service.

The service is great but I felt bad because you can tell they were very understaffed and my order was messed up because of it. Management needs to schedule more people. Management thinks they are saving money but they are really just hurting their business in the long run.

I went to this location (7/13/25) for dinner and I can't even make this up, at 12:30 am I got sick as a dog from both directions and I'm still feeling it at 4:54 am. I'll NEVER return to this location or maybe not any of them and the part that sucks, is I haven't been to WingStop in probably over a couple of years!
