Bad customer service from the girl in the night running the counter. A few times I came with my daughter and it’s always the same Bad attitudes and long waits and cold food. Ridiculous seems like management doesn’t care about service in this restaurant.

The food is delicious, but be prepared for a wait on Fridays. When I arrived, the front lady was upfront about the 30+ minute wait and asked if that was okay. I appreciated the heads up, unlike their infamous 8-minute rule, which seems to be a myth after 4pm

Ordered online, wait time said 15-17 minutes. I show up 30 minutes after ordering. The front tells me it's going to be another 15 minutes, sight. Wait another 20 minutes and inquire about the order once again. The front tell me it's another 10 minutes, they lied. I finally got my order 1 1/12 hours after ordering and 1 hrs waiting in store.

Placed a pick up order at 4:32 pm today. It is 5:46 and our order is still not ready. Our order is only a 20 pc with 5 extra bone in wings. I don't think that's acceptable at all. This is about the 3rd that we've ordered from this location and it's taken more than an hour and 15 minutes. Very disappointing.

Last night me & my significant other came to get wings and there was a red haired worker at the front desk. The attitude that was given from her so was something I’ve never experienced especially at a wing stop establishment. We definitely won’t be come back again!

Me and a friend dine in occasionally, and we order two simple traditional wing meals. It never fails, we order first and it falls in the cracks. I’ve consistently seen families walk in and order dine-in after our order, and they get served first. I’ve also seen the employees in the front hand out our order to the wrong people. So our consistent “20-25 minute wait” turns into a 40+ minute wait, and when we finally get our food, it’s like nothing even happened. No apology/incentive.
