Bro,the fries........95% salt. I asked for other ones,same. Its like the guys asked me "do you want some fries with your salt?......"And the wings were salty,and i had original hot,how is that even possible? Didnt even finish my food,had to grab fast food after. Never going to this place

The restaurant was super busy in the evening and they had about 7 employees working but only one person working the register and I think he was new because he was struggling. Two separate people had to help him the entire time and it was very frustrating because I just wanted to get my order to go and leave but I was waiting forever to get my food as well as several other people in the restaurant. The lady who also took my card had an attitude and was struggling with the card reader but I don’t blame her since it was during the dinner rush. Additionally, they were so busy they messed up my order and gave me extra chicken so that an automatic 5 stars for me. Aside from the horrible service the food was good and I think I just caught the staff on a bad dayParking: The parking was full but I was mostly due to online order pickups, there’s a leg parking lot of you c bar find parking right up front

I had placed my order for delivery. Almost 2 hours passed and my dasher was in contact me saying it was busy...totally ok....come to find out my order was given away to the wrong person. Door dash called twice and kept getting hung up on. i recieved notification that my order was cancelled, but was still charged. i called the store and Ashley, a very very rude and unhelpful manager said i would get my money back in 6 days. pretty much didnt care that this was all their fault. whatever...nothing i could do....fast forward 3 days later i find that the pending transaction actually went through and i was charged. i called the store again and i spoke to Heidi Morales (manager) and i gave her my order number and info...she looked it up and Ashley never submitted for a refund. Heidi did and i recieved a confirmation almost instantly. She was very nice and helpful. Total difference from Ashley. Wingstop...im not one for being a karen but she was very rude. I think you should look into her. i read some more 1 star reviews and she has a reputation. Heidi tho...very good representative for customer seevice

Great food, horrible customer service. I can’t ask not even once for an ETA on my food. Just complete rudeness. This Wingstop seems to always run behind on orders and blame customers for their incompetence.

“A” for effort and trying but yikes, I guess it is other Wingstop in the city has no issues, even the one by UTEP which is always busy. An hour plus wait for even dine in is ridiculous. Just from observation while waiting for a to go order it’s either underemployment or just poor training on the staff.

This restaurant is notorious for screwing up orders. The owner of this restaurant doesn’t care about its operation. After repeated complaints that went unaddressed, I now go to a different location.

The girl that hands out the orders to customers should look for a job that makes her happy and won’t make her have a little attitude. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to be rude making comments “I had already called her name” well speak up. Get better people employees it’s a mess there.
