Ordered for pickup and payed online. I went to pick up my food and they forgot to give me half of my order. I had to drive back, I get there and food was cold. I asked politely to remake the fries and all I got back was attitude. Who goes and spends $60 for cold food ? Mind you the store manager did nothing and was sitting at the tables eating her warm burrito. Service at this location has been going down unfortunately.

I've been to this wingstop before and I've wanted to write a review but nothing too serious had prompted me to write a review. Until today. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo, and the last time I ordered this combo, the tenders were delicious and well sized. Welp. This time, the food was terrible. First they gave me 2 tenders and a nugget, but even worse, they were kinda dry. Add to this that other times I've been here there's no straws, napkins, the soda machine is literally out of everything. I had to leave this review. Don't come to this wingstop, or any Wingstop at this point. The taste has been going downhill for some time now anyway.

Bought wings at 10:47pm 12/28/25. We ordered 10 piece bone in and a chicken sandwich with fries. Giving a 1 stars due to the wings being extremely cold, fries were old so we had to air fry em at home to warm them up. It was odd that the wings were ready in 10-15 minutes. Wings were for my fiance who is a chef and works in the food industry. Fresh food last at least an hour. It’s extremely disappointing that the lack of quality isn’t a big priority to this restaurant. When we got there to pick up the food. The employees took a while to even greet me and acknowledged me. 0 stars for customer service and overall experience.

Do not order close to closing they will punish you lmao ordered cheese fries with Cajun and they literally made sure the fries were completely red and this dude had the audacity to look so polite and nice when I walked in but when I got home I was sent to a burning hellscape of Cajun seasoning with mere semblance of potato and well yeah lots of cheese

We went into the store and ordered our food to go. The food was Disgusting. This particular wingstop always over cooks, or undercooks the wings and fries. Today nothing was edible the wings were fried to a crisp. Service was terrible the soda machine was filthy and there was no wastebasket to use at the fountain drink station to toss our straw wrappers. We had to take our trash to the front desk. I tried calling to let the store manager know but nobody picks up the phone despite the fact that it was not a busy time and the site was empty when we went in only 20 minutes ago.

we ordered on the phone and heaven (aka the manager) forgot to make our food and that took 30 minutes and we ordered at 6:40 and we were there till 7:40
Had me waiting for a while for my order that apparently someone else took and when I go ask for my order again they weren’t even making it so there they have us waiting for nothing. Heaven was the manager that couldn’t even apologize for having us waiting there for nothing she just gave me my refund

I mean if you want to wait 55 minutes for undercooked and cold chicken to be served for you, this is the place for you! Do you care about the quality of your food and if you get sick after? This location definitely doesn’t! save your money and your health, and go to a different wingstop or choose a new wing place completely, unless you want some nice food poisoning to go with date night🤷♀️
