Ordered delivery. Stated it would take an hour to prepare and deliver. Less than 4 miles. Food did take an hour which was ok. But the food was very cold. Ordered 24 piece bone in got 8 boneless. Tried calling but was left on hold for over 25 min. 12/06/23

The food here has been awesome but my complaint is for the customers that come to this location. The self serve soda machine area is always filthy and theres always a huge pile of ice in the machine. You friggin brain dead animals, do better.

Headed to Wingstop with an online order, was told my order was missing. Someone misplaced it had to wait more time aside from the time my order was said was ready. Normally have good experiences no issues, don’t know what happened.

Only giving 1 star because I cant give zero. We just called to order and the person taking our order was rude and rushing us. At the end of us placing the order he just hung up. I called back to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager, his name is "Justin ". I told him we didn't appreciate how he hung up and was rushing us and he said he was busy. I replied I understood that but there was no reason to treat paying customers this way and he then stated there were other locations we could order from. Ridiculous the type of service coming from "the manager ". Normally get great service . Never coming back to this location.
