Wings were a little soggy when they arrived. An order of 10 were 5 drumsticks and 5 wings. Friendly waitress brought me samples of two sauces to to try before I ordered. Place is bigger inside then looks from the street. $15 for 10 wings and an ice tea. Value = average. Food = average. Service = great.

My parents were in town and we decided to do takeout from the location on Eastlake Drive which is not far from home. Service was slow; it took 40 minutes to get the order and the chicken wings and shrimp were excessively greasy and lukewarm. I took pictures, however thought it best not to post them. They do have some positive reviews. Perhaps our experience was an oddity.

I sent my daughter to pick up the order and to my dismay the order was not complete. Had to return to get the remaining items missing to my order. Poor Customer Service, lack of focus to detail. Why place an order on line??????????????????????????????????

Very disappointed. Scantily clad servers and inappropriate content on video screens that really bothered me and my family. Manager said they couldn't turn it off because it came from corporate. I'll never go here again, management doesn't care about customers. I didn't appreciate the objectification of women. I should be able to get wings with my family without being bombarded by sexual images. The wings were decent, but anything else from the menu was not good.

i ate tangasaraus, lemon pepper, and spicy bbq, with their seasoned ranch and fries and it was DELICIOUS,, it was the wing daddy's in frisco/little elm texas on eldorado! highly recommend.;) but waiting was a little bit long but it was def worth it! -Dakota Thompson
The service is really dependent on who you get, but lately (2016-18) it's been superb. The sauces are freshly made each day I assume, which means the capsaicin can vary widely day to day as well; for instance, the "girly" sauce (a mild to medium trad buffalo sauce) can be a bit hot sometimes. The prices are alright, especially if you go during a lunch special on a weekday.

Literally the worst food and service. I have never met such rude woman who know nothing about serving nor have I ever been to a place where every single time I have ever eaten there the food was terrible and I’ve gotten sick. Don’t eat here. Also it’s getting worse and worse. I once waited 2 hours for a grilled cheese for my children. They were starved and it wasn’t even cooked when it came out. Everyone just hangs around and chats neglecting their jobs.

Service was great but the wings are some of the worst we've ever had. I grew up in ElPaso, and my husband is a wing conniseur. They shorted us 10 wings, texture sucjed, sauces we're nothing like the samples. Also extremely expensive for the crap you get. Don't eat here!!!
