Really Bad service if you want to dine in. Actually, no service. We walked in and no one came to assist us even though they noticed us. Pizza Hut does not want dine in's.

Come on man. The place was nearly empty. The food took about 50 mins to get. Just order to go and you'll get it faster and just sit and eat at the table. There were four of us and the plates came one at time in 20 min intervals. Seriously I will not patronize any of the establishments owned by this company'. The company needs to stop thinking people will come here because El Paso has limited choices of places to eat which is wrong there are plenty of other establishments who would love for you to spend money there. Seriously the kitchen needs training as well with their poor food times. The waitress could not even change the channel on the TV. Literally she let us know they are unable to change the channel. It's crazy. So long WingDaddys hope you get yourselves together one day.

Poor my kids they are so innocent they ate pizza without noticing how bad they made our pizza, I only ate one cheese stick and no pizza such a killbuzz that took my appetite away??

Had the best wings here. The flavor is chipotle raspberry and also the lemon pepper. Both great flavors. I have been here 3 times and have loved it every time I return. Not sure why they have low reviews but I suggest you try those flavors. Delicious!!!

Every time I've tried to make an attempt to eat there it has been a nightmare. The first time I went through and placed an order and when I pulled up to pick it up they told me it'd be about 50 more minutes I waited and waited then they told me they don't have my order she had no idea what happened to my order the second time I went they wouldn't answer the phone I drove down there place the order they messed it up completely I said I'll give them one more chance I called and called and called the course nobody ever answers the phone when they finally answered after the 15th call she puts me on hold and then just hangs up the phone I give up I will never go there again

Teach your employees how to answer the f****** phone. having to call 20+ times to make an order is ridiculous. there's absolutely no customer service.
Horrible service!!!! Called in an order & they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Get there after 20 minutes & they're saying it's still not ready. 15 minutes or so after getting there they pick up the the food from the little cart they have for orders, which had been sitting there since I got to the restaurant. So needless to say the food was cold & soggy & to top it all off my order was incorrect. No one seemed to care, which to me is pretty crappy service. We've also been calling for an hour to let them know of the mistake & no one picks up the phone. Hard to image having a successful business with service like that.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter coke today on Valentine's Day and let me say they have good service in there good group of kids !!!! When I got home and ate my pizza omg it was super delicious I swear I am not kidding super good and fresh thank u so much good team !!!!

I've been here before and the food is always fresh but my last experience here was a turnoff. While my boyfriend and I were waiting for our food, he noticed the chef come out from the kitchen and go into the restroom still wearing his apron and gloves. When the guy came out of the restroom, his gloves and apron were still on and he was still fastening his jeans while walking back to the kitchen!! Biggest turn off yet. Most likely will try a different location next time, this one is not it.

This use to be our go to for wings , not any more. we went in last night and had the worst service. I asked to speak to the manager and the waitress went into the kitchen and talked with some one and when she returned that we he would be out there shortly. In the meantime, I went to the ladies restroom and was disgusted as it looked like fecal all over the wall and the floor was went and I almost slipped. Still no manager. Finally my grandson got his meal after we all had finished ours. The waitress (not ours) returned to tell us the manager went home sick (?) REALLY? Then the man that the waitress was talking to in the kitchen came out and stared at us all the way across the room and then again as he returned to the kitchen. Needless to say made us all feel very uncomfortable and we asked our waitress for the bill and to please remove the fries that we never received. We left and never will return.

- Tried a decent number of items in the menu. - Recently had the buffalo chicken fries, boneless chicken strips and also regular chicken wings. - Out of the 10-11 flavors I've had so far, the best is Cajun, scorchin cilantro lime. - The bone in wings are very small like many wing places; slightly disappointed with that, however, the boneless strips are worth the price. - The other thing I have noticed is the flavor profile isn't consistent, especially with the cilantro lime flavor. 2 out of the the 3 times they've had very good flavor but the last time I couldn't appreciate any lime or cilantro in it. - The buffalo chicken fries are average, very oily and creamy with more ranch-like feeling. Overall good place to try but it could be hit or miss.
