2023 original review and a 2026 post review.
2023 - Great ambiance, big servings of food, anime showing on the TVs (professional wrestling on Fridays). Definitely a place to check out.
2026 post review.
It's changed owners. The above review was when it was Yamaguchi Ramen. The recipes have changed and there's no more sushi. The service is still fast and engaging.

Not sure why they changed their menu... probably the most disappointing food I've had in a long time. At least the anime was good.

Nice little Ramen spot on the east side. Drive from the West side and was worth the drive over. The crispy chicken buns were fire and I’m sad that was the only appetizer we got. I will be back to try half of them because they looked delicious! The Shoyu and The Sakura bowls were on point and the broth was super tasty. Definitely will be back to try again!

First time trying Sakura Ramen and I wasn't disappointed. I'm tired of the cheap fast food joints. But if you want something new, you have to try Sakura Ramen. It is worth it.

Sakura Ramen’s new spot is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure everything is perfect. The ramen is just as amazing as ever rich broth, fresh noodles, and perfectly cooked toppings that show real care and consistency.
The new location has plenty of seating, fast service, and the same authentic flavors that made the original such a hit. Whether you’re craving a hearty bowl of tonkotsu, spicy miso, or their signature Sakura special, every bite is satisfying. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re nearby this place continues to set the bar for ramen in the area! 🍜🔥

Had to give Sakura Ramen 5 stars across the board for exceeding my expectations. I was helped by Karina who is an excellent server and even recommended I try the chili oil with my ramen which she told me is made in house. Atmosphere was pleasant, good music, comfy seating and tv's playing anime in the background. After a few minutes of watching YuGiOh GX, I was greeted with a beautiful bowl of Jingoku ramen. [Sorry no picture, ate it all before I thought of making this review] The aroma coming off the broth steam was heavenly. Lightly breaded chicken cooked to a perfect crisp served over a bed of noodles and veggies. The deep brown broth had a savory and revitalizing flavor. I added the chili oil that Karina recommended and it took the Jingoku to another level. Just the right amount of spicy flavor not too hot and not too mild, definitely recommend trying. Afterwards for dessert I had a Strawberry Taiyaki which id never had before but man it was amazing too! the strawberry filling was delicious and ice cream was fresh, they even topped it with a coconut powfer which was a nice touch. Overall amazing experience, authentic ramen, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
