Spicy Tonkotsu is not Spicy , no spice at all even after adding the condiments. The spice sauce was sweet provided on the side was sweet.
There is no Togarashi/ pepper mix, the chili oil is bland.

Chicken Kaarage disappointed as well. No taste.

The chashu in Ramen was well cooked. Broth is thick. One Star for this.

Highly disappointed after driving 50 miles to have this.

very chill place to come by, i'm not a big ramen person but i had to try their pozole ramen and it did not disappoint. it fell short in how salty or flavorful it could but and also the limes didn't have much juice. but hey i finsihed it and it was super good. the lime gave it a good kick and homminy it had was packed with flavor.

Easily the best ramen I've ever had in El Paso so far. I've eaten at a lot of ramen joints before and this is the first time I actually drank the entire broth straight from the bowl after eating all of it's contents. A lot of times chefs make their ramen so salty. But these chefs here man, they made it just right. 👌🏼 Like hands down best, absolutely amazing and I absolutely loved the atmosphere, so calm and soothing especially in the booth area. I highly recommend a bowl and some hot tea or the fresh cold macha. Definitely coming here again.
