Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. The appetizers we got, especially the Furikake fries, were delicious. However, the ramen leaves something to be desired. Got the Spicy Lobster Tail Tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was kind of plain and not super flavorful. Tonkotsu is known for having very flavorful broth, so this was disappointing. The noodles were kind of chewy and dense as well. Everything else in the ramen, like the egg and meat, were great. I think if they work on the broth and noodles some this place could be something amazing.

My hubby and I were really excited to try this place out. Walking in, we were greeted and seated right away, the decoration and set up inside is awesome, anime figures, pictures, paintings everywhere. They were even playing Panyo, definitely a plus.

Started off with their Pork Buns (Chashu Buns) which were super delicious! The pork was cooked perfectly and even had some burnt ends, which is a plus for us, recommend giving them a try.

We went in for their lunch special, they have 4 different ramen bowls you can choose from for $10.00, which is pretty good as the normal price rage starts between $13.50-$14.00. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu, and hubby got the Hot Chick Ramen. The broth for both of the ramen tasted like we were eating a Sea Food Boil, the pork was very very fatty, but the actually ramen noodles were pretty good

As for the Hot Chick ramen, same thing, the broth tasted like a Sea Food Boil, could've used a bit more chicken and to seal it, there was a hair in hubby's bowl, which made us loose our appetite. And the cherry on top, the soda guns were down so we weren't able to get any refills.

Our waitress was super nice and gave us a free water and a 25% disc. for the inconvenience.

We will stick with Kaedema for some bomb Ramen, where we know we wont be disappointed. But we will definitely be back to try other food items (besides the ramen) and for some more pork buns!

It gets very packed on Friday night and weekend. Good service, food is served hot. I would say the food is better at the Zaragoza one, the atmosphere is better at the eastlake one.

I usually visit the Zaragoza location and really enjoy the atmosphere and food there. Since this new location is closer to me, I decided to give it a try. The young women working there were very professional and provided excellent customer service.

However, my main issue was with the ramen. I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu, but it was bland, and the pork belly was overcooked. I asked the waitress if the cook could prepare fresh pork belly and bring out another bowl, and she kindly agreed. Unfortunately, the second bowl was the same just as the first with the overcooked pork belly.

Idk if the cook was in a rush but the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at this time of night, so I don’t understand how it happened twice.

Got the Yamaguchi appetizer sampler, was delicious! Wife got a tuna poke bowl which she liked. I got the hot chicken ramen, it was ok, noodles were way over cooked, chewy. My son got the shrimp wonton Ramen and he stated it was ok. Shrimp wonton were fried and by the time it got to our table, shrimp and wontons were soggy. I tried his ramen, his noodles were way softer than mine. He tried mine and he said definitely chewy. I will try this place again, that is all.

Ramen was good the broth was good, ramen noodles good, the meat (chashu) was well done usually ramen restaurants mess that up every time.
The curry with katsudon was terrible with no flavor on the meat, the curry sauce was very concentrated, salty and dry I recommend getting tonkatsu or katsudon sauce to go with the dish.

The service is very unprofessional not from the male workers but the female waitresses love to talk a lot among themselves and take pictures across the restaurant in front of your customers I've never seen a restaurant let workers do that no wonder the restaurant has
Has a buzzer. Once you press it That's the only time the female workers do their job and act professional but then they go back to talking in their group. I recommend reducing the number of waitresses working during the day.

The atmosphere: besides the issue with the waitresses and food. I liked what was done with the place it's very unique and stands out alot.
