Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. The appetizers we got, especially the Furikake fries, were delicious. However, the ramen leaves something to be desired. Got the Spicy Lobster Tail Tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was kind of plain and not super flavorful. Tonkotsu is known for having very flavorful broth, so this was disappointing. My hubby and I were really excited to try this place out. Walking in, we were greeted and seated right away, the decoration and set up inside is awesome, anime figures, pictures, paintings everywhere. They were even playing Panyo, definitely a plus.

It gets very packed on Friday night and weekend. Good service, food is served hot. I would say the food is better at the Zaragoza one, the atmosphere is better at the eastlake one.
