Was not happy with my experience in this store, unfortunately. My sister and I walked in, and there was no greeting whatsoever. We could see the older lady sitting in the back watching a tv. We waited for about 5 minutes, and she did not come out. We had to shout “hello” and you can tell she was completely oblivious to our presence.
We then started sampling the yogurts. This was our first time and we wanted to see if we would like it before we purchased it. The Taro was sour as was the Strawberry, a not sour in a good way. We asked to try another sample. She told us two samples was the limit. Each time we asked for a sample you could tell she was annoyed. Mind you, we were sharing the samples between us both. She also reused the same spoon.
We just decided to leave after that because we didn’t want to spend our money somewhere that wasn’t appreciative of our presence and our time. Would not recommend this location.

The lady helping us out was very rude, with every item we ordered she seemed like it was an inconvenience for her. Worst customer service I have had so far, we were going to sit and have our drinks and she told us she was already closing, I asked her about her closing time which is 10 (it was 9:35) and she said she had to close earlier to clean. The drinks (boba and fruit juice) were thrown together bad tasting and warm 🤢 waste of time and money

This place used to be my favorite. But yesterday we bought some yogurt and found hair in the topping, had to dispose of them. Totally unacceptable and disgusting!!

The fresh fruit Kiwi Tea that my girl ordered & the Yogo parfait that I got are some of the best sweet treats you can get on the west side. The price is awesome. Don't forget tip!:)

I went right now and the girl ignored me. The sign says 10pm why would they close early. I drove a long way so if you sign says a certain hour make sure you stay open

Fabulous yogurt and fresh toppings!!! The teas are amazing as well. The environment is well kept, clean, and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. Our family loves coming here!

Amazing frozen yogurt shop! The frozen yogurt in itself is amazing but so are all the fresh toppings. The boba teas are fantastic as well. The shop has a great atmosphere with lots of places to sit and enjoy your favorite treat. The owner is also extremely friendly!
