Left the Pretzelmaker after not being greeted and came to this YogoBerry, ordered a Piña Colada boba tea, but the minute I got close to the store, the girl that was scheduled June 30th at 12pm, was attentive and immediately greeted me. I understand food can be hectic, but even though the mall is fairly empty, the worker made sure I was greeted and helped immediately. Service was fast as well.

I like how the smoothie came out better than the one in Las Cruces but it was a little bit too sweet but overall good

Employees would rather be on the phone and give attitude instead of helping

It's been more than 3 times that I come to see if they finally have the waffles but NO, I would imagine this if it was already in the last closing hour..but I've gone at different times and no, some say that they never have it again and surprised because it's the fact that there's a sign outside announcing that they're in this place but apparently they don't feel like it enough to work and make enough mixing for one day, being 23 Dec I would think they would take advantage of the flow of people.

Store owner should double check who they hiring!
They literally lied to us that needs 20 mins to make those waffles on black Friday!!! And no one is in front of us waiting for those. The day they can make the most money.

First time coming here, we just went through the drive through, they were fast and friendly
i just ordered the chocolate yogurt and to my surprise it was super amazing. We also ordered a piña Colada with some toppings and it was also great. So recommend this place. I hope the other flavors are as delicious as well. ?

Very quick. The Strawberry fruit tea was real fruit very strong taste. The horchata milk tea had plenty of boba, very sweet and easy to drink. Fast service. Average prices for the size and mall food.

I remember decades ago a Frozen yogourt shop called Yogen Fruz. The frozen yogourt was natural, healthy, creamy and light. I occasionally would enjoy this treat on a hot day. Flash forward many decades later and the company does not exist anymore so I find myself in the Bassett place mall on a hot sunny day needing a cool yet healthy treat to quench my thirst and cool down my body. I ordered the medium size with both Mango and Strawberry flavours. I skipped the toppings as they were exorbitantly priced, ranging from $1 to $3.50! The size was actually very large and I regretted ordering a medium as I couldn’t even finish it. A small would of been sufficient even perhaps too much. I’m a Canadian and I forgot that I am in the United States where portions are excessively large. I was, however, really disappointed in the taste of this frozen yogurt. It was disgustingly sweet, and artificial tasting. Nothing about this actually tasted like yogurt. It just tasted like a bunch of sugar. The whole concept of having frozen yoghurt is to replace it as an alternative to ice cream. A healthy alternative. After three spoons, I just wanted to throw it out and had to force myself to eat it because I did spend $7.80 on it. I don’t recommend this place. You’re better off just going to McDonald’s for a one dollar ice cream cone, which would be more enjoyable and kinder on your pocket !

The employee was very arrogant and rude, just like her manager.

Extremely rude service! Manager doesnt do anything about employees rude and sassy attitude! There is always a long line and they still manage to rush you while ordering. They tend to add the wrong toppings and have no solution when there are issues.

Employees have poor attitude and service when manager was called she had the same poor attitude .

I tried to buy a yogurt at 8:20 pm on Saturday and the guy at the register said that it was closed . Business hours are on Google until 9:00pm . Very disappointed!!
