I remember decades ago a Frozen yogourt shop called Yogen Fruz. The frozen yogourt was natural, healthy, creamy and light. I occasionally would enjoy this treat on a hot day. Flash forward many decades later and the company does not exist anymore so I find myself in the Bassett place mall on a hot sunny day needing a cool yet healthy treat to quench my thirst and cool down my body. I ordered the medium size with both Mango and Strawberry flavours. I skipped the toppings as they were exorbitantly priced, ranging from $1 to $3.50! The size was actually very large and I regretted ordering a medium as I couldn’t even finish it. A small would of been sufficient even perhaps too much. I’m a Canadian and I forgot that I am in the United States where portions are excessively large. I was, however, really disappointed in the taste of this frozen yogurt. It was disgustingly sweet, and artificial tasting. Nothing about this actually tasted like yogurt. It just tasted like a bunch of sugar. The whole concept of having frozen yoghurt is to replace it as an alternative to ice cream. A healthy alternative. After three spoons, I just wanted to throw it out and had to force myself to eat it because I did spend $7.80 on it. I don’t recommend this place. You’re better off just going to McDonald’s for a one dollar ice cream cone, which would be more enjoyable and kinder on your pocket !

Extremely rude service! Manager doesnt do anything about employees rude and sassy attitude! There is always a long line and they still manage to rush you while ordering. They tend to add the wrong toppings and have no solution when there are issues.

I ordered 2 taro bubble teas and they smelled and tasted like curdled milk. My wife and I could not drink them so we just threw them away because of the no refunds or exchanges so waste of money and time. Please if you guys are going to go to yogo berry go to the one on Montana it's not that much farther and service and quality is 100% better

I tried to buy a frozen yogurt at 745 and the girl told me they were closed for the day . I asked at what time they closed and with an attitude she responded they closed at 8 but she was already closed.

I tried to buy a yogurt at 8:20 pm on Saturday and the guy at the register said that it was closed . Business hours are on Google until 9:00pm . Very disappointed!!

Was just at Bassett location w Kimberly! Fruit is going bad, so I asked her to look at it. She explained to me that she does not work there! Lol she got more upset when I asked why was she serving me then. She said she was only there for the day from somewhere else... Another location. Very rude and irresponsibly lack of customer service. After I tasted the fruit, I explained to supervisor, matured woman. She kept telling me the brown stincky mango was ok because they got it frozen! Next to her, Kimberly was rolling eyes and making annoying gestures. She did not correct or look at her at all. Manager just left. When walking away, 'Kimberly' was laughing and making comments to co worker. Kimberly and manager in the afternoon of wed November 23rd around 3 pm at the yogo beery business in the Bassett Center in el paso TX not only is not recommended, but is a risk to you health and well being.
