The store invites you to order their smoothies and it didn't disappoint me at all. This place is moderately priced and it looks good and the product is great. The service is amazing. Please try it. You will love it just like I do.

Couldn’t even make my smoothie right, when i asked the employee to make my smoothie again it just tasted the same.(i ordered the mango madness & it didn’t even look it’s color) so after the 3rd attempt they refused to make me a different one & gave me a refund.

I love Yogo Berry on Hondo pass, but 6/10/24 around 7pm I bought pomegranate and mango my usual. Half way through eating it I find a few white plastic pieces in my cup! Very disappointing hope the plastic wasn’t contaminated, I really don’t feel like getting sick!

Went in today around 5PM. Got an Horchata Shake. Was in and out in 2 minutes and the shake was delicious. I'll be returning when I'm in El Paso. Next time I'll try one of their smoothies.

They have the worst customer service. Went last week the employee said that they were closed because they didn't have any light this girl looked half asleep. Went today and she said they are only serving plain yogurt because they already cleaned up I thought they closed at 10. They make up their own hours too apparently. They need new employees and management because they suck.

We enjoy coming to our local Yogo Berry, today it was an unusual experience because there was only one person working at the store her name is Isla, she was taking care of drive through and counter by her self at one point she had 4 cars and 4 different customers at the counter, it was amazing to see how friendly and kind she was with all of us even though it was crazy busy. The owner of this establishment should be very happy to have her as her/his employee.
