I love yogoberry, you can never go wrong with a delicious yogurt with a variation of toppings. Today I went and it sounded like a heavy metal rock concert inside. I wanted a nice outing with the family and instead i can hardly think because of the super loud music. The employees did not care that this is not their bedroom or a club and had no regard for customers. This ruined the whole experience!

Clearly, bad reviews don’t seem to matter to this location, because nothing has changed. My husband and I got into the drive-thru line about 15–20 minutes before closing (Apple Maps lists their closing time as 10 PM, yet they have a paper posted stating they close at 9 PM, already confusing and unprofessional) They were taking an unusually long time serving the cars ahead of us, and the moment it became our turn at the window, they quickly put up their “Sorry, we’re closed” sign as the clock barely turned 9PM. The least they could have done was come outside and inform us, and the three cars behind us, that they would stop serving after a certain point in line, especially given the wrong hours listed online. To make matters worse, the staff inside ignored us at the window while I tried to get their attention by waving and lightly honking. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Was not acknowledged by 2 workers inside when I showed up. The doors were locked at 8:30 when the sign stated 9:00 p.m.

I went today at 12:36. The lady who helped us had no enthusiasm and a bad attitude — nothing like good customer service. When I asked about the toppings, she answered without any willingness to explain how they worked. This was my first time there, and it will be my last. I do not recommend this place.

Showed up 3 minutes before close, yes I know, but as soon as I pull up to window, they decide to put up the, sorry closed sign. Employee didn't even look up at me. Super rude and very unprofessional. Closing time is closing time for a reason. They shouldn't be closing early, especially if they wait for someone to show up and then close early directly in front of their face
