My daughter has been standing outside and the open sign is flashing. The door is locked and the young man inside is pretending not to see her. I know it’s late, but it’s not 10 yet. SMH

I love this place. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even gave my doggies a pup cup when I took them for a cruise. I go about once a month because it is kinda pricey for a family.

It was amazing! I had the plain flavor with Oreos. I’m definitely going back!

Arrived more than 10 minutes before closing time, the sign was flashing open and when we walked up the doors were locked and they didn’t even acknowledge us. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Super stingy with the fruit. Bought a medium and this was all the fruit the girl out! This location is close to my work so I didn’t look at it until I got home and when I got home it was already melting & I thought the fruit had melted in the yogurt, but sadly I was wrong. Never again! I’ll stick to the location on Viscount.

Very clean environment. The workers are patient and helpful. They have a wide option of frozen yogurt and drinks. Their toppings were very fresh as well. Excellent!!

Waited to order for more than five minutes because no one was at the front. The music is so loud that the workers can’t even hear when anyone walks in.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I wish I could explain how rude the staff was. Closed before closing time and denied service to us and another couple. Why state closing at 10 if staff is rushing to go home and closing way before they should?

This was my third time going. The day shift are much more friendly and professional. Last night I went to try it again and to my disappointment the drive thru guy just kept laughing at me after I greeted him. He was very confused on my order too. The female staff repeated what he wrote and he continued to laugh and then point at her. I asked what was funny and no response. I don't recommend going in the evening because the service is horrible. Please go elsewhere

We walked in 30 minutes before closing time and after purchasing our yogurt, the employees forced us out stating that everyone must leave. We had to eat outside in the 40 degree weather. Avoid this rude establishment!
