8/2/25 The dude was very rude, my girlfriend and I went inside and the dude looked at us very ugly. Didn’t acknowledge us, after a couple of moments he said to order whenever we’re ready, then we ordered, conveniently the two flavors we asked for “were frozen” and “didn’t have any” which is fine we chose other flavors. Then to add on, no gloves, no hairnets, his finger nails were dirty as I noticed he was serving us. We paid for our stuff then left. No costumer service, I get if you’re tired but dang at least acknowledge customers lol

The male employee with long hair is the rudest ever! My boyfriend and I came in an hour before closing and we were not even acknowledged. He comes around by the toppings w his hand on his hip slamming cups around. Will literally talk to you like he’s doing you a favor. If you don’t like your job don’t work here!

Service was great and the yogurts were delicious, but the temperature inside was ridiculous, how is a Froyo shop going to be scorching hot inside, it’s completely unbelievable! I feel complete sadness for the employees who have to deal with that temperature the whole day. Management really need to fix the temperatures inside asap!
I went there today amazing food and costumer service but when i got there it was really hot like it was unbearable and me and my husband couldn't stand eating there cause of how hot its already hot outside so it made it even hotter in the place please fix this asap

This is a little place so seating is limited. The staff were a little rude but the items we all got were delicious. I feel like the staff was rude because we all got multiple items added on.
We asked for a tea and they refuse to serve the tea because they had turned off the machine. It was 40 min before closing.

Read the reviews. The employee is really rude. Don't come here. Music playing was not kid friendly. Fix this. Had to take my nieces out instead of letting them eat at their favorite place. Needs to work on cleaning their dishes. My mango smoothie tasted like a banana, so I had it remade and now it tastes like mango. They better be more thorough about it. Not taking my nieces back here to avoid risk of allergic reaction to blueberries.
