MANAGER FIRE HER!!!!! So I just went in to purchase 4 large froyos. The drive tru person was rude, was making faces and completely look dissatisfied with her job. WHY IN THE WORLD DO YOU GUYS HIRE PEOPLE THAT PUT IN A BAD IMAGE FOR YOUR FRANCHISE and have horrible attitudes while working?So I got my order, the girl did not know how to serve FROYO it was a mess, she left gaps and an empty space in the middle which no other YOGOBERRIES ever do, I am a loyal customer and every other day my family and I make large purchases as we are obcessed with yogurt. This was my first time driving by and trying this Yogoberry on Montana and I am SOOO mad and so upset! I payed for 4 large yogurts and I basically received 4 size small camouflaged in a “large cup” I WANT A FULL REFUND OR MY ORDER REMADE!!!!

I've been coming to this place for a long time now, absolutely loved it. I went this location and received the most rude customer service.I myself work in customer service and I would never give this type of treatment back, august 7th at 9:45pm, my friend and I drove to get some boba, from the start she was super rude, I understand your closing but your not closed! these two girls gave me the most attitude I've ever gotten. With enough time to make me another drink she said " we are closing" the shut the door in my face, I was in line and had just paid, my friend did not revive her drink, on top of that, they thought it was funny to stick their heads out the window, I want sure what they said since my window was up but they had the audacity to do that. I am not happy about this experience but 1. you lost money 2. I didn't get my second drink that was yet to be ordered. very poor man skills on picking your employee. do better !
No one ever answers the phone.Wanted to ask if YogoBerry offers organic fruit in their smoothies ,but I guess no one cares to answer that question.Maybe the manager can answer this someday, until then I will not be a customer, don't recommend non-organic fruit smoothies
