These are very tasty nutrition shakes that are only 200 calories. If you're like me where you typically don't like protein shakes because of taste then this is the place for you. I also got a tea which was good but very sweet so keep that in mind if that's something you're sensitive to.

i would love to give this place higher stars i got there on Saturday 8/14 at 8:34 am i figured i was still early so i waited till 9 and still nothing, i was verry excited to try this but definitely puts my expectations lower. Might go back might not.

Took a stop here this last weekend for something different with my girlfriend. Ended up having the best customer service experience in a long time. Personable owner, and great healthy food. Definitely coming back for more

This place is definitely worth a try if you're looking for something healthy in Elgin. It's one of the only healthy stops around, honestly. We're new to the area and decided to give it a try because there's only so many times I can do fast food for breakfast on my few off days, lol.
The owner is very kind and made us feel at home instantly. He's very insightful and quick to help you make a decision. The atmosphere is very cute and "Austin-esque."
We got the Protein Waffles and 2 Loaded Teas (Bob Marley & Mexican Lollipop). We will definitely be coming back.

Just got done working out. Almost the only restaurant, I can eat at. But it’s very good.

The Protein Donuts are out of this world good! There are so many options to make it taste the way you desire! Also the Smoothie bowls are amazing (the Açaí flavor) is my favorite. Ivan is a friendly and compassionate business owner who takes pride in his job.

Kid-friendliness: Video game station is Amazing for little kids to play on for a little bit while the parents can relax and enjoy their food, healthy shake or tea.
