The fiery burger was not even close to spicy. The drink station was nasty and the floor was gross. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped all day and the toilet paper roll was sitting on the rail.

Ordered a #1, #4, #12. #1 was at least done right. Everything afterwards was subpar and overpriced. #4 was correct except had bacon, no big deal. The #12 was nowhere to be found, fries were there but I guess the burger just wasn’t priority, and for a $13 meal I’d be upset. It cost more in diesel to drive round trip after getting back home to figure out I’d been shorted something that was paid for. Only help I got was come back and we will replace it, no chance for a refund. Should have expected as much from this location.

Best burger king in the state of texas. Idk what the other reviews are talking about because this place rocks. I usually hate burger King, but honestly but this place has changed my opinion and made me give newer burger kings a chance. I ordered a texas size whopper with extra toppings and my burger and fries were done before I finished filling up my fountain drink. 10/10 favorite fast food in elgin

Gotta be honest. I bought 2 Hamburger meals and together they cost $27. Everything was bland. I am not one to say bad things about businesses trying to make a go of it, but for $27 the food needs to at least taste good. The people are great. The location is ok.

Food is fast food. The people are nice. The only issue I have with this location is that once you pay (in the drive thru), they have you pull up and wait to bring your food out. With no other customers behind me. When I asked why, they said it is just to make their time look good. That's a little frustrating and actually makes the time for the customers to get the food longer.

We're from Austin and drive out of our way to come to this location. It's super clean and staff is always so nice to us. They do have a little trouble speaking English but if you're patient and polite it's no problem at all. We always stop by after grocery shopping. We've never had an incorrect order, even with my pregnancy modifications. Much love to the outstanding employees here! ❤

Just left burger King in Elgin tx, had to ask for a refund after watching the lady assembling my hamburger started cough on my food, she did not attempt to cover her mouth or turn her head, glad I wad watching, Sick people make people sick, i told the person that gave me the refund that they should send her home. Before I could leave she was coughing on somebody else's hamburger.
