Stopped coming here for months due to the terrible attitude from staff & the constant wrong orders. HOWEVER I recently decided to give em a try again & the atmosphere feels so different! Friendly staff , polite manager and even my order has been correct! Definitely will start going back :)

Went there with the family last week. Food was what you expect, ice cream was good, the customer service was great, the only issue was the lady named Dorthy. She was rude, had zero customer skills, looked like she hasn’t bathed in a couple months, and was just unpleasant to be around. I could tell the other employees did not like her and it just made for a weird/awkward atmosphere. I’m guessing she’s a manager with the way she talked down to some of them. It’s a shame when people with no skills in life get a little bit of power. Being a manager at a DQ is probably her ceiling in life so maybe she’s just mad about it? Idk.

Clean, service was great, but my burgers was cold my fries was hot so I had to take my burgers home and microwave...really! You can tell it nit hot when your cheese isn't melted

The app asked to put the description of my vehicle so they could bring my order out. After checking in and not having anyone come out I called the store. The manager stated they do not do curbside anymore. Received melted ice cream, paid extra for toppings that we didn’t get, and ordered 4 ice creams but got 3 spoons. Do better DQ!

for some reason the blizzards taste better at this dq. other places they taste like the ingredients are stail so I usually go out of my way to go to elgin for my blizzard.
