Domino's Pizza

I called in an order at 3:10 PM and even had proof that the call was made. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they had no record of the order. I showed them that we did call, but instead of trying to make it right, they basically brushed it off. I had to place the order all over again, and when I asked if it could be rushed since this wasn’t our fault, the guy just said no—he had other orders ahead. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue. Just plain bad customer service. Disappointing experience.

Delivery was completely unprofessional pur pizza was left on floor like thrown one box open. Driver did NOT knocked nor called to say he had left it... I have the photo if management would like to see how their drivers did!!! Awful my 4 year old was waiting on the pizza... if it wasn't because I was picking them up I noticed the pizza on floor that my husband order.

Took 30 mins to get my food I should have never tipped the pizza was have dried out when I got it Pizza Hut or papa john’s will be my next choice

I came to pick up pizza, wings, and pasta. The food was fresh Joshua and Brennan are outstanding.Iam glad we have a Domino’s in town with good food and awesome customer service.

How does it happen that a couple of slices of my 2-meat pizza has NO MEAT? And the meat that was on it was over cooked! If there were actual competition, the quality of our fast food here would improve! This same pizza in Austin would have presented as a Meat Lover’s pizza! Do better Elgin Dominos!!!!

My order was supposed to be ready and they made me wait 20+ min more! they seemed more worried about getting delivered pizza first... horrible experience!

Pizza is as cold as the drinks, 35 minutes from when the delivery driver left until it arrived. that's after it sat on the oven for 15 minutes. my delivery time originally said 11 minutes from when he left the store, but he went the other way and it took 35. Done with this location , not the first time this bs has happened, but it will be the last.

Sick of ordering at this location. Pizzas are always overcooked and seem old. Not even hot. Called to tell them and the manager never even apologized. Seemed like he wasn't very happy to remove them. Ugh. That was their last chance

They mess up the orders basically every single time. It takes almost 40 mins for them to cook your stuff. I like dominos but absolutely hate this location.

We usually have a decent experience when we order at this location. But on this most recent order we had Edwin deliver the pizzas, the boxes were smashed in and not in a bag. All of the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Pretty decent location, but not a fan of how this driver delivered our order.

Got pizzas on sale. Ordered for pickup. They were fast and pizza was good.
