Nice people but my sandwich was completely wrong. I ordered a Philly sandwich and received ham and pepperoni with banana peppers! I don’t know what to say to that but next time I’m checking my order before I pay.

So gross. I'd rather eat Little Caesars. The last order I got was incorrect and disgusting. Tried to call to have them remade and couldn't get an answer.
I ordered two cheese (one deep dish) with light sauce and extra cheese. Got two regular crust NO sauce cheese pizzas and I don't even know what was wrong with the gross gritty texture of the cheese, then my pepperoni was burnt and the 4th pizza, sausage, had like 5 pieces of sausage.
Only reason I'm writing this review like a week later is because I think it's ridiculous I'm telling my husband I'd rather get the kids Little Caesars for dinner than Dominos since we THREW AWAY 3 whole pizzas that no one ate. We are the one out of desperation cause that was our dinner.
Lost my business permanently.

I called in an order at 3:10 PM and even had proof that the call was made. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they had no record of the order. I showed them that we did call, but instead of trying to make it right, they basically brushed it off. I had to place the order all over again, and when I asked if it could be rushed since this wasn’t our fault, the guy just said no—he had other orders ahead. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue. Just plain bad customer service. Disappointing experience.

Delivery was completely unprofessional pur pizza was left on floor like thrown one box open. Driver did NOT knocked nor called to say he had left it... I have the photo if management would like to see how their drivers did!!! Awful my 4 year old was waiting on the pizza... if it wasn't because I was picking them up I noticed the pizza on floor that my husband order.

Took 30 mins to get my food I should have never tipped the pizza was have dried out when I got it Pizza Hut or papa john’s will be my next choice

I came to pick up pizza, wings, and pasta. The food was fresh Joshua and Brennan are outstanding.Iam glad we have a Domino’s in town with good food and awesome customer service.

How does it happen that a couple of slices of my 2-meat pizza has NO MEAT? And the meat that was on it was over cooked! If there were actual competition, the quality of our fast food here would improve! This same pizza in Austin would have presented as a Meat Lover’s pizza! Do better Elgin Dominos!!!!

My order was supposed to be ready and they made me wait 20+ min more! they seemed more worried about getting delivered pizza first... horrible experience!

Pizza is as cold as the drinks, 35 minutes from when the delivery driver left until it arrived. that's after it sat on the oven for 15 minutes. my delivery time originally said 11 minutes from when he left the store, but he went the other way and it took 35. Done with this location , not the first time this bs has happened, but it will be the last.

Sick of ordering at this location. Pizzas are always overcooked and seem old. Not even hot. Called to tell them and the manager never even apologized. Seemed like he wasn't very happy to remove them. Ugh. That was their last chance
