The variety of items on the menu is fantastic, and everything we have tried we have loved. The patty melt, tacos, and breakfast burritos are all delicious. I love the food truck park where they are located right off of Main street in Elgin. This is the one truck that always seems to be open. Definitely worth a visit.
Wow! Calidad!! Amazing authentic Mexican food. My husband and I shared the recommended torta of the house, which had several meats, and it was not overwhelming or messy! The perfect balance. Soo soo good! It came with a side of your choice of homemade fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings. The homemade fries hit the spot with the torta.Then we tried the quesobirria tacos, as well so good! They were like a medium size. I loved how they were crispy and not messy or soggy with the consume on the side to dip in!The salsas, also very unique and delicious, you NEED to have decent salsas, and these were it!The service was also amazing, they're so kind and we did not wait long for our order with two orders ahead of us. Some places can be lonely and you wait a good 30 minutes or more. I wanted to say it was maybe only about 20 min we waited.And last and not least, their hours of business are perfect! Most places around the area close by 8 or earlier, they closed till 9:30 on a weekend for a later dinner. We were more than satisfied, can't wait to go back and try everything else!!!
