Wowza!!! I love her made to order Torta on the delicious bread. On Monday I went and got the not salty barbacoa and Thursday I went back and I got the bistec. Really nice young lady that runs the trailer and her mom works there as well. The young lady does speak English and Spanish. They make your chips fresh Right when you ask for them. Their nachos are really good but you need to eat them there otherwise they might get a little bit soggy I would guess if they travel more than 20 minutes. And menudo on Sundays only. They are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Very good food, I'm pleasantly and happily surprised.
