Wowza!!! I love her made to order Torta on the delicious bread. On Monday I went and got the not salty barbacoa and Thursday I went back and I got the bistec. The variety of items on the menu is fantastic, and everything we have tried we have loved. The patty melt, tacos, and breakfast burritos are all delicious. I love the food truck park where they are located right off of Main street in Elgin. This is the one truck that always seems to be open. Definitely worth a visit.
Wow! Calidad!! Amazing authentic Mexican food. My husband and I shared the recommended torta of the house, which had several meats, and it was not overwhelming or messy! The perfect balance.
