This place has the best fry rice I've ever had. It's always perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. The portions are huge, so I always have leftovers. Plus, the price is super reasonable. Definitely check them out if you're craving some good Chinese food.
Walked in and sat down wherever we wanted. Had a waitress come over immediately to take our order. The soup we ordered came out immediately, and our dinner meal came out very shortly thereafter! On top of the great service, price and quality of our meals, 1 of our meals were enough for 2 meals!! I would suggest Hong Kong Restaurant to anyone looking for really good food for a really good price.

I order here on Uber eats a lot
And I like to sit down and eat here too. The food is really delicious. I love the pho and spicy beef stew. I also really like their tofu specifically the sesame tofu. I always eat their soup when I'm feeling sick.
Of all the restaurants in Elgin, this is the one I've eaten at the most.
