The last 2 times i came to this KFC i was very mad. The service was very rude, I was always missing food from my order, the wait time was a 1 hour wait with 1 car in front of you. Now i can say i am just happy with the new team that they have. Yesterday 1/5/2026 i went through the drive through and i was treated and greeted very well. I knew right off the bat the people that were there were no longer there. Then i pulled up to the window and the young lady in the drive though window greeted me very well, gave me my food in a fast and careful manner and even gave me advice on what dipping sauces are good. I hope KFC keep her there. They will definitely get a lot more customers.

These two yahoos just made my teenage kids wait 45 mins for an online order of one family meal. They apparently think it’s funny to mess with kids and refuse to make their food until they feel like it. We will not be back.

That the woman I was talking to was really mean and got angry for something I did not do and first she gave me my food like she wanted to throw it at me and get me and my car messy and she did not give me my utensils and when I came back to get the utensils and she gave me the utensils angrily and threw the door shut straight and almost hit my hand and my face.

Keep driving......staff to busy yapping about their personal lives. Takes way too long for food not to be fresh and order correct.
Not a reflection of KFC in general, but you get what you hire, poor quality.

It took almost 20 min in drive thru when we were first in line to get 2 meals. I was not impressed w this long johns silver in elgin. It's part of KFC building.

I went into this KFC with a full coupon sheet. I was going to get the 8 piece for $18.99 with two waters. The cashier told me $32. I said I have a coupon, and I gave it to her. She went and got the GM and the GM told me that they couldn't honor the coupon because I should have handed it over at first. I said fine, cancel my order. I was then told all sales are final or basically tough luck. Needless to say KFC will not be getting anymore of my business.

The staff especially the manager are some of the rudest people. The place is so dirty and takes 30 min to get a stinky bowl!!! Never will I go back again!!!!

I got food poising Friday night May30 th about 5:30pm ended up in the hospital sat about 12
I throw up from 9:30 pm until 12:30 pm next day on the hour of every hour and one time after back from tbe hospital ! No one wants to take responsibly! Its not the first time we complained!
There are other that also go food poisoning from tbere

Poor customer service and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and then I had to go in and get it after I was told that it would be brought to me. They didn't offer any water or anything while I waited as well as a courtesy.
