The last 2 times i came to this KFC i was very mad. The service was very rude, I was always missing food from my order, the wait time was a 1 hour wait with 1 car in front of you. Now i can say i am just happy with the new team that they have. Yesterday 1/5/2026 i went through the drive through and i was treated and greeted very well. I knew right off the bat the people that were there were no longer there. Then i pulled up to the window and the young lady in the drive though...

Poor customer service and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and then I had to go in and get it after I was told that it would be brought to me. They didn't offer any water or anything while I waited as well as a courtesy.

Wow!! They got me with my jaw open haven't been here in so many years cause they would serve cold food on drive thru, but honey I can say they must have new management cause their food is hot and delicious. Been there like 4 times in the past 2 weeks.
