I bought breakfast tacos and later lunch tacos from this place. The first time the order was ok. Very mediocre tacos, nothing to be excited about. The second time, I tried beef, chicken & brisket tacos and some quesadillas. I nearly gave a good review except that this morning I decided to eat the last of my tacos (just 1 day old in the fridge) and I immediately got food poisoning within an hour of eating it. I had a sneaking suspicion in one of the other tacos that the tomatoes were bad but this sealed it for me. I wont be recommending this place to anyone. Apparently their meat & vegetables arent very fresh or well cared for.

Drove from Austin to get some some Laredo tacos.. Employees are very respectful and friendly. Tacos were horrible, egg was overcooked, salsas more like tomato sauce. Laredo taco Co., You need to train your employees better, those "tortillas* are a disgrace to flour tortillas.? I know how great your tacos can be, I used to live in the RGB were tacos are just plain amazing.

Needs better management. I dint understand how a place of business is supposed to open at 4 a.m. but the employee constantly tells customers they don't open till 5. Or in today's case he says "were not open yet" at 6:20.

Terrible service, took 20 minutes to make 4 tacos when nobody else in line ahead of me. Made order wrong after waiting that long. Tortilla and egg very dry and old. I love Laredo Taco usually but wouldn't go here again.

This is such an amazing restaurant, with some true angels running the store. I had ordered some tacos for my sons Christmas party at school through door dash. Door dash unfortunately was not able to find someone to pick them up to deliver them to his school. I called Laredo taco company and told them of my issue. The amazingly sweet staff delivered it to my sons daycare for me since I was at work. They are true angels and helped me with this catastrophe that was brought on by door dash. Delicious tacos, amazing staff! If you ladies Are reading this thank you so much for helping this momma out!

Went there today at 11am. Stopped in to grab a taco on the go. They were not very busy at all maybe 3 people orders in front of me. They literally took 48min to make me up 2 tacos. Food already cooked just sitting there. No reason to take that long. They were just incredibly slow and you could tell they couldn't care any less about it.

I waited at the counter to order. Employee #1 puts on an apron, walks up to me, doesn’t say anything, turns her back and walks to the back of the store. After another minute, i ask employee #2, who was rolling tortillas, how to order, he says order under the “pick up” sign. So i go over there, employee #3 stares at me, doesn’t say anything, so i say i’d like to order, he continues staring, never says anything, then after a few seconds he walks away and starts fumbling with sacks and things under the counter. Very weird experience, not recommended, i would not be comfortable with these people handling my food.
