I am starting to think Little Caesars trains their employees to ignore the customers in the store. They will turn, look at the group of people with for help/service and then then around and walk away. A simple order took twice as long as the online estimate and then half of it was still pulled out of the box, not even made fresh.

pizza is very thin , A bit over cooked , Barley any sauce as usual, half work on pizzas .. its always something with this location thought id give it another chance but not again.

Dayne and Louis rock! They had my specific custom order ready for me in a flash. No hot and ready for my order but they had it hot and ready before I got to the store. When placing my order with Dayne, his charisma and personality made me forget that I was ordering a pizza and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Great staff! Great pizza! Great price! And quick!

The service at this pizzeria was absolutely terrible. I went to pick up my order yesterday, which I had placed through the app, and the restaurant was completely closed—even though the system showed they were open. They charged my card for an order I never received.
When I tried to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. He didn’t help me, didn’t offer any solution, and kept telling me to “call back tomorrow.” I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I simply needed my money refunded, and instead of helping, he acted as if he didn’t care at all.
No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. If you’re planning to order from this place, do NOT trust the online system. Call first to make sure they’re actually open, because they will gladly take your money even if the store is closed—and then refuse to refund you.
I do not recommend this place at all.

A gentleman whom of which I believe to be the manager named; Chase was extremely polite and helpful.
His customer service went above and beyond what you would expect from little Caesars. If his quality of service reflects the rest of business- I can’t recommend it enough.

The young woman with dark skin who serves always does so with a bad attitude and in a rude manner.

Had pretzel pizza. Tasted good, but was almost cracker thin. The pizza puffs were delicious.

Ordered through app was given a 30min time to be ready Order was not done .employees walking around not paying much attention to customers. My Order took 50 min to get done .

I’m waiting in the lobby watching Ruby make pizzas with the same gloves she is texting on her phone with. She had pizza sauce and cheese all over her gloves — a gist is asking for her pizza she says I’ll get it for you right now. Then she takes another 2 minutes texting and goes right back to making pizza with the same nasty gloves on. She didn’t even get the lady’s order after she said she would. Once I asked another worker if Ruby made my pizza he said yes. I asked for another one. Ruby then started calling me stupid and stating that I didn’t have to eat there in Spanish — I let her know I could understand her and she gave me a disrespectful look. I then asked for a refund. I will be calling the GM tomorrow. Ruby is unprofessional and nasty!! 🤢

Ordered online. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:42 -7:48pm. Arrived at 7:40 pm. Did not receive pizza until 8:30pm. Pizza was cold. Entire time I was in the store waiting to pick up the order zero employees checked on me to see what they could do to help speed up the order. Super poor customer service and food was subpart to their normal standards.
This is not a hot a ready pizza is more like 30 minutes wait and they are taking there sweet time to work. Employees look very unprofessional and not very clean uniform. Really bad place to buy a pizza
Their wait times are ridiculous, even if you order through the app. 6 people working and only 1 person busting their butt to get the orders out. It will be a very long time before we ever go back.
this place is dirty and the employees don't know how to do their jobs - most little caesar restaurants you can walk in and out with your order in mere minutes. at this location, you can stand there 20 minutes and not even be acknowledged along with the long line of other people all complaining about what is going on. complete and utter chaos and shame on me for trusting them to get the order right but i was missing several items in the bag and the worst part of it all after all of that is my wife got food poisoning from the chicken wings and was sick all night.
Terrible customer service and you can’t order fresh product! They have to get it out of the warmer! I was told it’s good for 45 minutes in the warmer by the general manager I will never go to any Little Cesar’s moving forward
