2024-Nov The store was clean with plenty of staff.
Unfortunately three of the four items (all the things with customizations) were not made correctly.
The staff were quite willing to make it right and quickly remade those items. Mistakes inevitably happen. How those mistakes are addressed speaks volumes.
Parking: The parking was limited, but so was the indoor seeting. I would estimate this McDonalds is designed for 60% or more of its business to be take-away either through drive through or curbside.

Cmon man! Everybody knows the food at McDonald’s is terrible. But that wasn’t the mission. It was 3 o’clock in the morning my girlfriend and I needed to rest. They were open fast and friendly. Thanks for the much needed pit stop.

Ordered my food got the receipt at 7:04 I got half my food and waited over 25 minutes for a damn burger I didn’t even get! I got someone else’s order! I went back for a refund and they were quicker to bring out the damn burger than when the money was put in my hand. Waste of my time & gas. Those high schoolers and old women don’t know how to run the damn store!

Apparently the staffing doesn’t want to work here . We were lined up waiting to give anyone our order An employee walked right passed every one an slowly walked to the rest room Without even letting anybody else k know that there’s customers waiting Finally w girl Nader’s from the back and carelessly takes my order as if we were interacting her pay check What more can I say Maybe next time I’ll chose to wait in line at a different restaurant with someone else that doesn’t want to work either. lol

Ordered through the MacDonald app. Food was ready when arriving. Food was very hot which is especially nice as it's hard to get hot food these days at food restaurants.

ordered coffee and nuggets. coffee was cold as ice. asked for a refund and one guy told me he didn't if he could do that. had to get a seasoned staff member involved to get my refund . 😒

This restaurant is not well staffed nor run. I believe this is more a function of employees not knowing how to instruct patrons in how to use the kiosks to order. The system McDonalds has designed is not intuitive. The instructions in the kiosk or unclear. This exemplifies why humans are better than these machines. Not a positive experience
