Sam the so called Manager is very rude the pizza was dropped and shifted to the side , she said she would refund the money and not re make a new pizza, we will not order from here again ! I will reach out to corporate on this as well. We spent $139 bucks as well as pictures to prove it!!

I came in with my 6 year old and the menu screen was flashing I barely caught the display. I asked the counter person what deals they had, she didn't answer she just whispered over quickly to a co worker about a older that was ready. I felt a bit rushed so I said how much is your small pizza she said depends on the toppings I only want pepperoni. She said 8+ some change. Order is ready in 13 mins. My daughter and I sit down to wait. And when my order was ready she brings it to the table. I looked at it and said ma'am I didn't order a personal pizza. I ordered a small she persist to tell me n a nasty manner we don't have smalls. My main complaint is the customer service. No promos or anything else to advertise what all you can get for what you want to spend she was utterly rude. My daughter ate the entire pizza now I will find some place else. One of the worse experiences ever with customer service. My order was wrong and had to call three times and two times was give numbers that didn’t go to customer service.
Pizza was not satisfying because the meat is nearly non-existent. If you get peppers, onions or othere veggies, they load it on. I swear my pizza looked like they ran out of meat! Then I paid extra for pan pizza, and the ingredients were not all the way to the edge like a true pan pizza!

Bunch of morons at this location ! Ordered 1 pizza and wings and the driver acts oblivious to the fact there was a second item while handing me the receipt. Can’t wait to order and never tip - called today the next day to have order fixed manager refused to replace the order said we should have called the same night but every time I called I was sent to a call center . Extremely rude manager needs to learn customer service will never order from this ELGIN TX location again or any of my family for that matter
