Bunch of morons at this location ! Ordered 1 pizza and wings and the driver acts oblivious to the fact there was a second item while handing me the receipt. Can’t wait to order and never tip - called today the next day to have order fixed manager refused to replace the order said we should have called the same night but every time I called I was sent to a call center . Extremely rude manager needs to learn customer service will never order from this ELGIN TX location again or any of my family for that matter

This is why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut in Elgin. They orders are never right and not one free dipping sauce. I always leave a tip on my card and make sure I give a cash tip to the driver. Back to Domino’s!

Absolutely the worst store, pre ordered an 1 1/2 hrs ahead of time for delivery and they were an hour past scheduled time to deliver, not the 1st time it’s happened. I called and was told they only had 1 delivery driver available and they were just then putting it in oven…really!!! Time to switch to Dominoes I guess!! We order from there every week…poor service and management.

Just FYI !! They "don't send complementary ranch or parmesan cheese with orders". I ordered 12 wings and a pizza. Honestly, A toddler could tell you want goes with those items. Good food though!!

I paid extra $3 for stuffed crust with cheese and I got regular crust, I did not ask ham on my pizza and pizza had ham, I called them to let them know that my oder was completely wrong and the lady left me on hold.. check your orders before walking out this place

If you're gonna order delivery, don't order a drink. They'll forget it, say they're gonna credit you back the cost of the drink. They wont... Happens 75% of the time, whether it's doordash or the actual store themselves.
