Jaime was so courteous and polite! He used his manners and greeted me and told me my total happily and was smiling. He made the whole experience enjoyable. I had just left golden chick where the young lady was so rude and didnt compare to the customer service here. Plus the sandwich was delicious and exactly what I ordered. Thank you!

Schlotzsky's offers good food, with some customers noticing an improvement in quality.
