Where to start…
We ordered 5 popcorn chicken meals and a kids meal. I understand it takes time to make the food and get it out. No complaint there. But when I finally got my food and checked it, I was missing 3 tater tot sides, the entire kids meal, and one drink. I also only got 1 barbecue sauce for all 5 popcorn chicken meals. When I asked the girl for more she said she would have to charge. Charge for what? I ordered 5 meals. We should at minimum get 2 sauces for each. Then she says oh, well I can get them for you since you’re missing food. Yeah, okay. I wouldn’t mind paying if I had more than enough sauces. Do better.

As I worked at sonic before I know times can be hectic, but there’s no excuse for me waiting for 15+ minutes for my food, then for my order to be wrong and cold. I would hope we would take this as a lesson to learn. Thank you

Wait until they bring you your order before you pay! Ordered a coney, tots and a drink at the stall, waited 20 min, no food was brought out, so I left. There were only two other cars there, so they weren’t busy. I’m glad I didn’t pay with my card after I ordered otherwise I’d be stuck waiting 3-5 business days for my food.

Wow. You charge 10 cents per ketchup packet? I came and bought 4 full combo meals and I was told that I could only get 3 free ketchup packets. Not sure if this is location specific or company wide but that’s absolutely ridiculous. You’re in a town next to a pretty decent handful of other fast food places and rest assured I will go to one of those places next time. You can give out a sufficient amount of ketchup with the meal I ordered, you can lose my business. Too many other places around you that offer a decent handful of condiments when you pay for a meal. Ridiculous. Is this how you’re funding your concrete project? The entrance to this location is atrocious. Don’t even think about coming here in a car, you’ll cause damage.
