I ordered a grande chai latte at 447pm and didn't get it until 513pm. Almost 30 min for a single drink. There was only one other person inside waiting in their order and a line of cars in the drive thru. Completely unacceptable. It was as if they could only male one drink at a time. The place didn't even smell like coffee, just desperation and exasperation.

I usually look forward to getting the white hot chocolate when the holiday drinks come out, but this is the third time my order has been messed up. It’s really disappointing—how do you get hot chocolate wrong? Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I have never been to such a happy-go-lucky Starbucks. All the employees were so helpful. I would Like to shout out Abbie At front counter, who was so helpful and picking out my drink,Lilly For great conversation and making sure that drink was done to my liking, and Ray Was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back again!

This place is very clean. The barista,, Bella was very cheerful and very friendly. She very helpfull, also. And her recommendation was right on stop. Wonderful experience. Only bad thing is getting into the parking lot. The building has Starbucks one side and other side is a dentist office. Each with their own parking areas a plus but whoever designated it didn't have any common sense. Who puts one entrance and use that as the exit and that way is also the way you go to their drive thru. OMG it's Starbucks..hello it will be busy. Who does that. I apologize every thing was is great with the Starbucks. When you come here you'll see what I mean.

I finally had to give up on this location after months of going here and ordering the same drink the same way every week day. There was never telling if it was going to be correct or not, however, I kept going because everyone is very sweet & would remake it & figure out what went wrong. The last 2 weeks though, every single time the drink is basically mocha milk. No amount of remakes fixed it. I’ve been offered free drinks, I don’t take them because that’s not why I’m there. I just want my drink & to head to work. I don’t have an extra 20 minutes for remakes every single day either, it gets extremely frustrating. God forbid I want the drink on a weekend either, for some reason it’s way worse.
