Got my doordash order paid for a happy gilmore cup didnt get that. But i did recieve a half cup of Sprite with no ice and i ask for pepsi . First time ordering from this location and will be last time. 19.97 smh . Called but phone kept ringing.

Our recent visit to this Subway was fantastic! I asked for three salads, which isn't a typical order there, but the employee was so funny and kind about it. He crafted three excellent salads, and we truly appreciated his effort. This Subway consistently delivers excellent customer service thanks to its hard-working employees, who are doing an amazing job accommodating the influx of new residents in busy Elgin. Hopefully, another Subway location will open in the area soon, providing more healthy fast-food options for the growing community.

Dirty and out of half of the things that it needs. Toaster oven must be broken cause I watched them put it in but when I got it it was no where near warm toasted or anything. Soda fountain was dirty and lids and straws from the few option available they were mostly dirty also

Avoid this store.. ordered four sandwiches online and after going home just saw none of sandwiches has dressing sauces. Called them multiple times and no one is picking up the calls. Worse Subway store ever

This location has literally never got my order right. If I order it on Uber, something is missing or incorrect. If I go in person, they're missing an ingredient, or it's old, or they just decide to put the wrong ingredients in there.
